【摘要】:電液伺服閥是電液伺服控制系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵元件,其良好的性能指標(biāo)對于保證電液伺服系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確、快速、穩(wěn)定的工作有重要的意義。本文在東北大學(xué)液壓與氣動實(shí)驗(yàn)室原有電液伺服閥性能試驗(yàn)臺的基礎(chǔ)上,對試驗(yàn)臺原理以及硬件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。引入液壓CAT技術(shù),將只能進(jìn)行伺服閥動態(tài)特性測試的試驗(yàn)臺升級改造后,成為既能夠進(jìn)行靜態(tài)特性測試又能完成動態(tài)特性測試的試驗(yàn)臺。完善了試驗(yàn)臺的測試功能。本論文主要內(nèi)容為: (1)對電液伺服閥的動靜態(tài)性能分析,以及對實(shí)驗(yàn)室原有SY02電液伺服閥性能試驗(yàn)臺進(jìn)行深入分析,充分利用實(shí)驗(yàn)室原有資源。引入比例節(jié)流閥,實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)載壓力特性測試時自動加載;使用油冷機(jī)代替水冷卻器,提高油溫控制的精確度,減小油溫變化所帶來的試驗(yàn)誤差;重新設(shè)計(jì)油箱、閥塊等對試驗(yàn)臺液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),使試驗(yàn)臺具備伺服閥動靜態(tài)性能測試的硬件基礎(chǔ)。 (2)根據(jù)測試方案,對液壓CAT系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行硬件設(shè)計(jì),合理選擇元器件(工控機(jī)、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡、傳感器、PLC等)。同時根據(jù)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備環(huán)境,對電氣設(shè)備如電控柜、操作臺進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。利用接地技術(shù)與屏蔽技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)測試系統(tǒng)的抗干擾設(shè)計(jì)。 (3)上位機(jī)利用LabVIEW虛擬儀器平臺實(shí)現(xiàn),下位機(jī)選用SIEMENS S7-200系列PLC。通過OPC技術(shù)與DataSocket技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了PC機(jī)與PLC的實(shí)時通訊。PLC作為控制系統(tǒng)的核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)測試系統(tǒng)的邏輯控制。LabVIEW采用模塊化進(jìn)行測試程序設(shè)計(jì),自動實(shí)現(xiàn)激勵信號的產(chǎn)生輸出與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理、保存以及曲線輸出等功能。結(jié)合LabVIEW與PLC各自的特點(diǎn),發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢,開發(fā)出一套功能強(qiáng)大、高效可靠及具有良好人機(jī)界面的測試系統(tǒng)。 測試試驗(yàn)臺液壓系統(tǒng)的成功搭建后,對液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了調(diào)試分析,證明液壓系統(tǒng)滿足測試要求;對測試程序進(jìn)行模擬分析表明滿足伺服閥動、靜態(tài)特性測試要求。證明上述設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。
[Abstract]:The electro-hydraulic servo valve is the key component of the electro-hydraulic servo control system, its good performance for the electro-hydraulic servo system is accurate, fast, stable work has important significance. This paper based dynamic original laboratory electrohydraulic servo valve performance test bench in Northeastern University of hydraulic and gas, the test principle and hardware to optimize the design. Introduction of hydraulic CAT technology, will only test the dynamic characteristics of servo valve testing after the upgrade, as can be static characteristics test and finish the test bench for testing the dynamic characteristics. To improve the test function test. The main contents of this paper are:
(1) analysis of the electro-hydraulic servo valve static and dynamic performance, and in-depth analysis of the original laboratory SY02 electrohydraulic servo valve performance test platform, make full use of laboratory resources. The original introduction of proportional throttle valve, automatic loading load pressure characteristics test; the use of oil cooler for water cooler, improve the temperature control precision. Test error caused decrease of temperature; re design the tank, optimize the design of the valve block of hydraulic system, the test platform with hardware based static and dynamic performance test of servo valve.
(2) according to the test plan, the hardware design of the hydraulic CAT system, a reasonable choice of components (IPC, data acquisition card, PLC sensor, etc.). At the same time according to the field of electrical equipment such as equipment, electric control cabinet, operation table design. By using the technology of grounding and shielding technology to realize the anti-jamming design of the test system.
(3) computer using LabVIEW virtual instrument platform, the lower computer adopts SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC. by OPC technology and DataSocket technology to achieve the real-time communication of.PLC PC and PLC as the core of the control system, the test system of logic control.LabVIEW test program design is modular, automatically generating excitation signal and output the test data acquisition, processing, storage and output curve functions. Combined with the characteristics of LabVIEW and PLC respectively, play their respective advantages, develop a set of powerful, efficient and reliable testing system has good man-machine interface.
After the successful establishment of the hydraulic system of the test stand, the hydraulic system is debugged and analyzed. It is proved that the hydraulic system meets the test requirements. The simulation analysis of the test program shows that the test requirements of the servo valve's dynamic and static characteristics are satisfied, which proves the feasibility of the above design.
