【摘要】：投資決策是尋找合適的最佳投資方案為投資者提供投資目標(biāo)和投資方向。項(xiàng)目投資決策是指投資者為了實(shí)現(xiàn)其預(yù)期的投資目標(biāo),運(yùn)用一定的科學(xué)理論、方法和手段,通過(guò)一定的程序?qū)ν顿Y的必要性、投資目標(biāo)、投資規(guī)模、投資方向、投資結(jié)構(gòu)、投資成本與收益等經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中重大問(wèn)題所進(jìn)行的分析、判斷和方案選擇。投資決策是企業(yè)所有決策中最為關(guān)鍵、最為重要的決策,是保持社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要途徑。 理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,才能做到學(xué)以致用。本人在投資公司幾年來(lái)項(xiàng)目投資實(shí)踐中,有著深厚的體會(huì)與深切的感受,通過(guò)MBA理論知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)與整理,豐富了在項(xiàng)目投資決策過(guò)程中的技術(shù)方法,為湖南華強(qiáng)在項(xiàng)目投資決策可行性提供理論支撐和幫助。 本文以湖南華強(qiáng)公司對(duì)變頻臥式渦旋壓縮機(jī)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際投資行為為例,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目投資決策的理論方法,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目從理論上,實(shí)際操作上進(jìn)行深刻的探討,同時(shí)從湖南華強(qiáng)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀分析開(kāi)始,詳細(xì)闡述了在我國(guó)宏觀政策以及大的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,公司對(duì)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的項(xiàng)目投資必要性。 本文把現(xiàn)代企業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資決策的理論知識(shí)和技術(shù)方法運(yùn)用到湖南華強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際操作中。首先,從投資決策理論入手,介紹了投資決策的概念、原則、方法體系、程序等；接著從項(xiàng)目投資的環(huán)境全面闡述如：產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng),技術(shù)條件,發(fā)展前景等方面進(jìn)行深入分析論述,同時(shí)在項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)、策劃、管理等方面,通過(guò)對(duì)變頻臥式渦旋壓縮機(jī)項(xiàng)目的特征分析,提出建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)和處理措施,也提出了項(xiàng)目的組織與建設(shè)建議；其次從財(cái)務(wù)角度全面分析,對(duì)本項(xiàng)目投資可能面臨的的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及不確定性進(jìn)行剖析與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析綜合評(píng)價(jià),并提出了如何預(yù)防與解決風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的具體方法,論證該項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會(huì)效益良好；最后,結(jié)合市場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,揭示車(chē)用空調(diào)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展前景,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)投資策略,并力圖通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的投資決策的實(shí)施,建立科學(xué)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,系統(tǒng)的投資決策體系,可以為相近或相似的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的投資決策提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Investment decision is to find the best investment plan for investors to provide investment objectives and investment direction. Project investment decision refers to the necessity of investment, investment target, investment scale, investment direction and investment structure by using certain scientific theories, methods and means, in order to realize the expected investment goal. Analysis, judgment and option selection of major issues in economic activities, such as investment costs and returns. Investment decision is the most critical and important decision in all the decisions of enterprises. It is also an important way to maintain the sustainable and stable development of social economy. Only when theory is combined with practice, can learning be applied to practical use. In the project investment practice of the investment company for several years, I have deep experience and deep feeling. Through the systematic study and arrangement of the MBA theory knowledge, I have enriched the technical method in the project investment decision-making process. For Hunan Huaqiang in the project investment decision-making feasibility to provide theoretical support and help. Taking the actual investment behavior of the horizontal scroll compressor project of frequency conversion in Hunan Huaqiang Company as an example, using the theory and method of project investment decision, this paper makes a deep discussion on the project theoretically and practically. At the same time, starting with the analysis of the present situation of Hunan Hua-qiang Company, this paper expounds in detail the necessity of the project investment of the company in the new energy industry under the macro policy and the large market environment of our country. This paper applies the theory knowledge and technical method of modern enterprise project investment decision to the practical operation of Hunan Hua-Qiang project. Firstly, the concept, principle, method system and procedure of investment decision are introduced from the theory of investment decision, and then the environment of project investment, such as product market, technical condition, etc. At the same time, in the aspects of project production, operation, planning and management, through the analysis of the characteristics of the variable frequency horizontal scroll compressor project, the constructive suggestions and treatment measures are put forward. The organization and construction suggestions of the project are also put forward. Secondly, the risk and uncertainty of the investment of the project are analyzed and evaluated comprehensively from the financial point of view. It also puts forward the concrete method of how to prevent and solve the risk, and proves that the market economic benefit and social benefit of the project are good. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the market, the development prospect of automobile air conditioning industry is revealed, and the industrial investment strategy is put forward. Through the implementation of the investment decision of the project and the establishment of a scientific comprehensive evaluation model and a systematic investment decision-making system, it can provide certain reference significance for the investment decision of similar or similar new industrial projects.
