多品種小批量機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況可視化動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭日益激烈以及客戶個(gè)性化多樣化需求的不斷提高,多品種小批量加工生產(chǎn)已逐漸成為廣大機(jī)加車間的主要生產(chǎn)模式。多品種小批量機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)過程涉及的加工設(shè)備數(shù)量多,工藝路線復(fù)雜,受資源有限性影響較大,具有隨機(jī)性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、不確定性、多目標(biāo)性等特點(diǎn)。而機(jī)加車間通常是采取二維圖表和數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表的方式跟蹤監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況,導(dǎo)致車間監(jiān)控能力不足,可視化程度較低、生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度信息實(shí)時(shí)性差,嚴(yán)重影響了生產(chǎn)調(diào)度優(yōu)化和生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化配置等問題。因此,機(jī)加車間迫切需要一種能動(dòng)態(tài)顯示大量底層工作信息,直觀了解生產(chǎn)任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況,準(zhǔn)確掌握產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)的可視化動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),使企業(yè)管理層能動(dòng)態(tài)掌握車間生產(chǎn)信息,,合理分配制造資源,及時(shí)調(diào)整生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,達(dá)到提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率和制造水平的目的。本文結(jié)合多品種小批量機(jī)加車間進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行情況可視化動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控的困難和需求,對(duì)機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行情況可視化動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控的方法及其支持系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了探討與研究。 首先,在分析了多品種小批量機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況可視化監(jiān)控現(xiàn)狀和需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于flexsim仿真軟件的車間生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行情況可視化監(jiān)控思想,并研究構(gòu)建了該系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行模式。 其次,建立了基于Flexsim的機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行情況動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)的總體技術(shù)框架,并對(duì)基于XML的系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)集成和共享機(jī)制,基于擴(kuò)展隨機(jī)高級(jí)判斷Petri網(wǎng)(ESHLEP-N)的沖壓機(jī)器關(guān)系建模技術(shù)以及基于flexsim的車間生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行情況虛擬仿真實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)構(gòu)建沖壓車間生產(chǎn)任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況可視化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究。 最后,基于以上研究,結(jié)合重慶某汽配企業(yè)機(jī)加車間的具體需求,設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)一種多品種小批量機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況可視化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),并在該企業(yè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)施和應(yīng)用,取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market and the increasing demand of individual customers, multi-variety and small-batch production has gradually become the main production mode of the general machine processing workshop. The production process of multi-variety and small-batch machining workshop involves a large number of processing equipment, complex process route, and is greatly influenced by limited resources. It has the characteristics of randomness, dynamics, uncertainty, multi-objective and so on. The machine workshop usually uses two-dimensional charts and data reports to track and monitor the implementation of production tasks, which leads to insufficient monitoring ability, low visualization, and poor real-time production progress information. The problems such as production scheduling optimization and production optimization configuration are seriously affected. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a visual dynamic monitoring system that can dynamically display a large number of underlying work information, intuitively understand the execution of production tasks, and accurately grasp the production dynamics of products. The management of the enterprise can grasp the workshop production information dynamically, allocate the manufacturing resources reasonably, adjust the production plan in time, and achieve the purpose of improving the production efficiency and manufacturing level of the enterprise. According to the difficulties and requirements of visualized dynamic monitoring of production execution in multi-variety and small-batch machining workshop, this paper discusses and studies the method and supporting system of visualized dynamic monitoring of production execution in multi-variety and small-batch machining workshop. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the present situation and demand of visual monitoring of production task in multi-variety and small-batch machine adding workshop, the idea of visual monitoring and control of workshop production execution based on flexsim simulation software is put forward. The architecture, function structure and operation mode of the system are also studied and constructed. Secondly, the overall technical framework of the implementation of the dynamic monitoring system for the production execution of the machine and plant based on Flexsim is established, and the mechanism of data integration and sharing among the systems based on XML is analyzed. The relationship modeling technology of stamping machine based on extended stochastic high-level judgment Petri net (ESHLEP-N) and the virtual simulation technology of workshop production execution based on flexsim are studied. On the basis of this, the visual monitoring system of production task in stamping workshop is studied. Finally, based on the above research and combined with the specific needs of the machine processing workshop of a certain automobile parts enterprise in Chongqing, a visual monitoring system for the implementation of production tasks in a multi-variety and small batch machining workshop is designed and developed, and the system is implemented and applied in this enterprise. Good results have been obtained.
