【摘要】：動(dòng)靜壓軸承在工作過程中由于主軸轉(zhuǎn)速的不斷提高或受到較大載荷沖擊作用，使軸承溫升急劇增加，進(jìn)而影響軸承的潤滑效果，，導(dǎo)致軸承內(nèi)部零件表面灼傷甚至相互膠合、咬死而報(bào)廢，后果很嚴(yán)重。因而對動(dòng)靜壓軸承內(nèi)部油膜溫升機(jī)理及溫度場分布的研究具有較大的理論意義和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 論文進(jìn)行了如下幾方面的研究： 1．分析了流體的特性、流體運(yùn)動(dòng)的類型、流體的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡，建立了流體力學(xué)的基本控制方程，對控制方程進(jìn)行了離散； 2．分析了球磨機(jī)動(dòng)靜壓軸承的工作原理，研究了動(dòng)靜壓軸承油腔及回油槽的布置、油膜寬徑比、供油壓力和過圓環(huán)面的流速、計(jì)算了相關(guān)參數(shù)、建立了動(dòng)靜壓油膜軸承的三維造型； 3．探討了動(dòng)靜壓軸承溫升的原因，建立了剪切流、壓差流及脈沖載荷產(chǎn)生溫升的數(shù)學(xué)模型，對壓差流與剪切流溫升比值進(jìn)行了分析； 4．建立了動(dòng)靜壓軸承流場數(shù)值模擬的模型，分析了流氣耦合狀態(tài)下的壓力場、溫度場和流動(dòng)軌跡。
[Abstract]:In the process of work, the temperature rise of the bearing increases sharply due to the continuous increase of the spindle speed or the impact of a large load, which affects the lubricating effect of the bearing, and results in the burning of the surface of the internal parts of the bearing and even the bonding of the inner parts of the bearing. The consequences of death and scrapping are serious. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the mechanism of oil film temperature rise and temperature field distribution in static and static bearing. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The characteristics of fluid, the type of fluid motion, the trajectory of fluid motion, the basic governing equations of fluid mechanics are established, and the control equations are discretized. 2. The working principle of the hydrostatic bearing of the ball mill is analyzed, the arrangement of the oil chamber and the return tank, the ratio of the oil film width to the diameter, the oil supply pressure and the flow rate over the ring surface are studied, and the relevant parameters are calculated. The three-dimensional modeling of the hydrodynamic oil film bearing is established. 3. The reason of temperature rise of the static and dynamic pressure bearing is discussed, and the mathematical model of shear flow, differential pressure flow and pulse load is established. The ratio of pressure differential flow to shear flow temperature rise is analyzed. 4. The numerical simulation model of hydrodynamic bearing flow field is established, and the pressure field, temperature field and flow track are analyzed under the coupling state of flow and gas.
