丹佛斯壓縮機(jī)組裝線POKA-YOKE應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】：隨著客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的要求越來(lái)越高,制造型企業(yè)必須將產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)擺在企業(yè)管理項(xiàng)目中的首位,只有不斷改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量企業(yè)才能夠不斷向前發(fā)展,才能保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,“零缺陷”成為了眾多工廠追求的目標(biāo),要實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量零缺陷,企業(yè)就必須從質(zhì)量缺陷的預(yù)防做起。當(dāng)前,POKA-YOKE即防錯(cuò)技術(shù)這一預(yù)防性質(zhì)量改進(jìn)工具正在被廣泛應(yīng)用。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是研究應(yīng)用POKA-YOKE這一質(zhì)量改善技術(shù)工具。論文首先對(duì)研究背景和意義進(jìn)行了介紹,提出了研究應(yīng)用POKA-YOKE這一重要的質(zhì)量預(yù)防工具并提出了丹佛斯商用壓縮機(jī)工廠應(yīng)用POKA-YOKE所面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。論文隨后從POKA-YOKE的實(shí)施環(huán)境、應(yīng)用分析及推行因素等三個(gè)方面對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文根據(jù)丹佛斯商用壓縮機(jī)生產(chǎn)線的實(shí)際情況對(duì)POKA-YOKE技術(shù)工具進(jìn)行了研究,主要論述了POKA-YOKE基本理論、主要功能、應(yīng)用法則,工具分析等方面。最后結(jié)合工廠的實(shí)際,通過(guò)對(duì)POKA-YOKE的應(yīng)用研究,提出了如何識(shí)別需要實(shí)施POKA-YOKE的工序,總結(jié)了POKA-YOKE的實(shí)施步驟及如何在管理上進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。最后進(jìn)行了丹佛斯商用壓縮機(jī)生產(chǎn)線POKA-YOKE實(shí)施的實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demands of customers on product quality, manufacturing enterprises must put the product quality index in the first place in the enterprise management project. Only by constantly improving the product quality can the enterprise develop forward and maintain the competitiveness. Therefore, "zero defect" has become the goal pursued by many factories. In order to realize zero defect of product quality, enterprises must start with the prevention of quality defect. At present, POKA-YOKE is widely used as a preventive quality improvement tool. The main content of this paper is to study the application of POKA-YOKE as a quality improvement technology tool. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, puts forward the research and application of POKA-YOKE, an important quality prevention tool, and points out the problems faced by the application of POKA-YOKE in Danfoss Commercial Compressor Plant. Then, the paper expatiates the influencing factors from three aspects: the implementation environment, the application analysis and the implementation factors of POKA-YOKE. On this basis, according to the actual situation of Danfoss commercial compressor production line, this paper studies the POKA-YOKE technology tools, mainly discusses the basic theory, main functions, application rules, tool analysis and other aspects of POKA-YOKE. Finally, based on the actual situation of the factory and the application research of POKA-YOKE, the paper puts forward how to identify the working procedure that needs to implement POKA-YOKE, summarizes the implementation steps of POKA-YOKE and how to improve the management. Finally, the empirical study of POKA-YOKE implementation of Danfoss commercial compressor production line is carried out.
