大扭矩?zé)o級(jí)變速器實(shí)驗(yàn)箱電液控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與仿真

【摘要】:無(wú)級(jí)自動(dòng)變速器(Continuously Variable Transmission,簡(jiǎn)稱CVT)具有較寬的速比變化范圍,通過(guò)連續(xù)無(wú)級(jí)的調(diào)節(jié)傳動(dòng)比,可以使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在汽車的任何工況下始終沿著最佳燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)曲線或最佳動(dòng)力曲線工作,達(dá)到了節(jié)約燃油、簡(jiǎn)便操作、減少排放污染的目的。 現(xiàn)在,坦克等軍用車輛其檔位多達(dá)七檔;重卡等工程用車其檔位多達(dá)九檔;另外,這些車輛的工作環(huán)境非常惡劣,體型大又要求有較好的運(yùn)行靈活性。但是,目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的無(wú)級(jí)變速器-金屬帶式無(wú)級(jí)變速器,主要應(yīng)用于小型轎車上,據(jù)最新的研究成果表明,12層的金屬帶可以可傳遞的最大扭矩為400N.M,這遠(yuǎn)不能滿足這些重型大排量車輛的需求,所以急需要一款可以傳遞大扭矩的無(wú)級(jí)變速器。 擺銷鏈?zhǔn)綗o(wú)級(jí)變速器已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于奧迪轎車中排量在2.0以上的車型中,是一種可以傳遞大扭矩的無(wú)級(jí)變速器;然而,能否提高擺銷鏈的傳遞性能來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)大扭矩輸出,還需要通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)箱來(lái)測(cè)試并確定。另外,由于鏈?zhǔn)綗o(wú)級(jí)變速器摩擦發(fā)熱非常嚴(yán)重,又具有多邊形效應(yīng),變速器能否克服這些不利條件也需要實(shí)驗(yàn)手段來(lái)測(cè)試。 本課題首先介紹了大扭矩CVT的發(fā)展概況和工作原理,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),在原有研究成果基礎(chǔ)上的深化,依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求和針對(duì)大扭矩?zé)o級(jí)變速器的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了滿足大扭矩傳動(dòng)要求的新型液壓系統(tǒng):用傳遞函數(shù)法建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真分析,設(shè)計(jì)了滿足高油溫環(huán)境條件下工作的齒輪泵、管路和比例控制液壓閥,并對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的密封進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的研究;最后建立了速比和壓力的控制策略。 大扭矩CVT技術(shù)對(duì)于提高大排量車輛性能、尤其是工程車輛、軍用車輛的駕駛性能和機(jī)動(dòng)性能、提高汽車企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有十分重要的意義和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The stepless automatic transmission (Continuously Variable Transmission,) has a wide range of speed ratio changes. By continuously adjusting the transmission ratio, the engine can always work along the best fuel economy curve or the best power curve under any working condition of the automobile. It can save fuel, operate conveniently and reduce emission pollution. At present, tanks and other military vehicles have as many as seven stalls; heavy trucks and other engineering vehicles have as many as nine stalls; in addition, the working environment of these vehicles is very harsh and the size of these vehicles requires better operational flexibility. However, the most widely used CVT, metal belt CVT, is mainly used in small cars. According to the latest research results, the maximum torque of the metal belt with 12 layers can be transferred is 400N.M.This is far from meeting the demand of these heavy vehicles with large displacement, so a stepless transmission that can transmit large torque is urgently needed. The pendulum chain stepless transmission has been used in the Audi car with a displacement of more than 2.0. It is a stepless transmission that can transmit large torque. However, can the transmission performance of the pendulum chain be improved to achieve large torque output. It also needs to be tested and confirmed through the test box. In addition, because the friction heat of chain CVT is very serious and has polygon effect, it is necessary to test whether the transmission can overcome these disadvantages. This paper first introduces the development and working principle of large torque CVT, analyzes the present development situation and development trend at home and abroad, deepens on the basis of the original research results, according to the design requirements and aims at the characteristics of large torque stepless transmission. A new hydraulic system is designed to meet the requirements of large torque transmission. The mathematical model is established by transfer function method, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The gear pump, pipeline and proportional control hydraulic valve are designed to work under the condition of high oil temperature. The sealing of hydraulic system is studied in detail, and the control strategy of speed ratio and pressure is established. High torque CVT technology is of great significance and broad application prospect in improving the performance of large displacement vehicles, especially the driving performance and maneuverability of military vehicles, and improving the product competitiveness of automobile enterprises.
