【摘要】:目前煤礦井下輔助運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)基本上都采用絞車(chē)提升運(yùn)輸方式,但是在斜巷提升絞車(chē)的控制方面的技術(shù)還比較落后,絞車(chē)司機(jī)根據(jù)聽(tīng)到的打點(diǎn)音次數(shù)去控制絞車(chē)的啟停動(dòng)作,雖然可以借助對(duì)講機(jī)和信號(hào)工進(jìn)行交流,但仍然存在操作不當(dāng)?shù)那闆r發(fā)生,智能絞車(chē)通信系統(tǒng)的研究迫在眉睫,具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套絞車(chē)通訊系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)絞車(chē)通訊系統(tǒng)的功能要求,繪制了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的工作原理做簡(jiǎn)要的描述。介紹了系統(tǒng)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)組成,分析了硬件結(jié)構(gòu)安裝布局,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)供電電源電路、微控制器及其外圍電路、載波電路和功放電路等。系統(tǒng)主要由一臺(tái)絞車(chē)控制器和多臺(tái)聲光信號(hào)器組成,絞車(chē)控制器位于斜巷頂端,聲光信號(hào)器根據(jù)斜巷實(shí)際工作需求,沿斜巷安裝,絞車(chē)控制器與聲光信號(hào)器采用電力載波技術(shù),借助井下電力線(xiàn)進(jìn)行打點(diǎn)、講話(huà)等信號(hào)的傳輸,減小了線(xiàn)路安裝的復(fù)雜度,節(jié)約了通信成本。聲光信號(hào)器和絞車(chē)控制器分別采用了目前主流的8位和32位單片機(jī),為系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了很好的保障。 對(duì)系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)對(duì)比前/后臺(tái)系統(tǒng),采用了基于μCOS-Ⅱ操作系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)。從系統(tǒng)的啟動(dòng)方式出發(fā),給出了系統(tǒng)的任務(wù)(task)分配,并對(duì)主要任務(wù)和任務(wù)管理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,完成了通信應(yīng)用程序和人機(jī)交互程序的設(shè)計(jì),并詳細(xì)描述了μCOS-Ⅱ移植的過(guò)程。由于采用了μCOS-Ⅱ?qū)崟r(shí)操作系統(tǒng),大大提高了多機(jī)通信等任務(wù)的實(shí)時(shí)性,優(yōu)化了絞車(chē)控制器的人機(jī)交互界面的控制和管理,同時(shí),提高了系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)效率。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)比煤礦井下可行的通訊方法,創(chuàng)新性的提出了低壓電力載波通訊進(jìn)行信號(hào)傳輸?shù)姆绞。通過(guò)分析低壓電力載波信道,對(duì)比低壓電力載波實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,完成了載波通訊方式的選擇。 本文對(duì)絞車(chē)通信系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分步調(diào)試,重點(diǎn)對(duì)載波電路進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)試,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)能夠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,性能良好。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的工作內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和系統(tǒng)待改進(jìn)的地方進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:At present, the auxiliary transportation system in underground coal mines basically uses winch hoist transportation mode, but the control technology of inclined roadway hoisting winch is still relatively backward. Winch drivers control the winch's start and stop action according to the number of times they hear the sound. Although the communication can be carried out by means of interphone and signal worker, there still exists the situation of improper operation. The research of intelligent winch communication system is urgent, and it has important application value and broad application prospect. In this paper, a winch communication system is designed. According to the functional requirements of the winch communication system, the schematic diagram of the system structure is drawn, and the working principle of the system is briefly described. This paper introduces the hardware structure of the system, analyzes the installation and layout of the hardware structure, designs the power supply circuit of the system, the microcontroller and its peripheral circuit, the carrier circuit and the power amplifier circuit, etc. The system is mainly composed of a winch controller and several acousto-optic signalling devices. The winch controller is located at the top of the inclined roadway. The acousto-optic signal device is installed along the inclined roadway according to the actual working requirements of the inclined roadway. The winch controller and acousto-optic signalling device adopt the power carrier technology. With the help of downhole power line, signal transmission, such as speech and so on, reduces the complexity of line installation and saves communication cost. The acousto-optic signalling device and winch controller adopt 8 bit and 32 bit single chip microcomputer respectively, which provide a good guarantee for the realization of system function.
