【摘要】：采用Soil Vision軟件,利用測(cè)試的礦體和表層黏土的物理力學(xué)參數(shù),分析原地浸礦的滲流過程和計(jì)算邊坡安全系數(shù)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)試驗(yàn)礦塊的浸潤(rùn)線和裂縫寬度發(fā)展,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果是合理的。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)礦塊的邊坡剖面形狀,結(jié)合原地浸礦工藝特征,建立了簡(jiǎn)化模型,分析了導(dǎo)流孔和收液巷道對(duì)邊坡穩(wěn)定性的控制作用。數(shù)值計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)導(dǎo)流孔收液率小于13.35%時(shí),導(dǎo)流孔對(duì)邊坡安全系數(shù)影響很小;當(dāng)導(dǎo)流孔收液率為13.35%~15.8%時(shí),邊坡安全系數(shù)隨收液率近似成線性增加;對(duì)于水平長(zhǎng)度為42m的邊坡,收液巷道與出滲面距離為12~24m時(shí),收液巷道對(duì)控制邊坡失穩(wěn)的作用發(fā)揮得最充分。
[Abstract]:By using Soil Vision software and the physical and mechanical parameters of ore body and surface clay, the seepage process of in-situ leaching is analyzed and the safety factor of slope is calculated. The field monitoring tests show that the wetting line and crack width of the ore block are developed and the numerical results are reasonable. Based on the profile of the slope of the test ore block and the characteristics of in-situ leaching process, a simplified model was established, and the control effect of the diversion hole and the liquid-collecting roadway on the slope stability was analyzed. The results of numerical calculation and test show that when the intake rate of diversion hole is less than 13.35, the influence of diversion hole on slope safety factor is very small, and when the liquid recovery rate of diversion hole is 13.35 ~ 15.8, the slope safety factor increases linearly with the liquid recovery rate. For the slope with 42m horizontal length, when the distance between the liquid-collecting roadway and the seepage surface is 12m, the liquid-collecting roadway plays the best role in controlling the slope instability.
