【摘要】：隨著房屋建筑工程市場的不斷發(fā)展，建設單位要不斷開發(fā)出高品質的建筑工程以滿足購房消費者的需求。一個建筑工程質量的優(yōu)劣不僅與國家財產與人民生命安全有直接關系，還與建筑企業(yè)的長久發(fā)展及工程的適用性和社會效益性有密切的關系。一直以來建筑工程質量是工程建設中的核心和關鍵，也是工程建設中的最突出問題。因此研究如何提高施工項目質量管理水平、提高工程質量，顯得尤為重要和具有現(xiàn)實意義。 房屋建筑工程項目是一個非常復雜的綜合過程，其涉及面廣，并具有以下諸多特點：固定的項目位置、生產流動性、不同的結構類型、質量和施工方法千差萬別、空間占用大、很強的整體性、很長的建設周期、受自然條件影響明顯等�；�于以上特點。項目施工的質量管理的比一般工業(yè)產品生產的質量管理難得多。 本文以筆者親歷施工的青島遠洋公館房屋建筑工程項目—為例，深入地分析和研究了同類項目的施工質量管理。文章從質量策劃和質量控制入手，，針對施工階段的質量管理，詳細闡述了房屋建筑工程施工質量的策劃步驟及其實施過程。本項目主要通過實量實測來進行施工過程中的質量控制。
[Abstract]:With the development of building engineering market, construction units should develop high quality construction projects to meet the needs of consumers. The quality of a construction project is not only directly related to the national property and the safety of the people, but also to the long-term development of the construction enterprise and the applicability and social benefit of the project. The quality of construction engineering is the core and key of engineering construction all the time, and it is also the most prominent problem in engineering construction. Therefore, it is of great importance and practical significance to study how to improve the construction project quality management level and improve the engineering quality. Housing construction project is a very complex comprehensive process, which involves a wide range of aspects, and has the following characteristics: fixed project location, production liquidity, different structural types, different quality and construction methods, large space occupation, Strong integrity, a long construction cycle, affected by natural conditions, and so on. Based on the above characteristics. The quality management of project construction is much more difficult than that of general industrial production. Taking the construction project of Qingdao Ocean Pavilion as an example, this paper deeply analyzes and studies the construction quality management of the similar projects. Starting with quality planning and quality control, this paper expounds in detail the planning steps and implementation process of construction quality of housing construction engineering, aiming at the quality management in construction stage. This project mainly carries on the quality control in the construction process through the actual measurement.
