改進(jìn)型混合式交錯桁架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系抗震性能及破壞機理研究

【摘要】:混合式交錯桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系有較高的抗側(cè)剛度和承載能力,因而具有良好的經(jīng)濟性能,同時在建筑布置上靈活多樣,因而在結(jié)構(gòu)工程領(lǐng)域得到廣泛關(guān)注。但已有研究表明這種結(jié)構(gòu)體系底部剛度較弱,易形成薄弱層而不利于抗震,鑒于此,本文提出增強底層剛度的改進(jìn)型混合式交錯桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并對其抗震性能和破壞機理進(jìn)行研究。研究內(nèi)容包括: (1)試驗研究。依據(jù)現(xiàn)有規(guī)范,設(shè)計了1:3比例改進(jìn)型混合式交錯桁架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)試件,進(jìn)行了低周往復(fù)加載試驗,得到了結(jié)構(gòu)頂層側(cè)移與基底剪力之間的滯回曲線和骨架曲線,研究了循環(huán)荷載下結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)剛度、承載能力、耗能能力、延性變形、承載力與剛度退化能力以及結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞機制。試驗結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的整體滯回曲線呈飽滿的“梭形”,,耗能能力較好,具有良好的變形能力、較高的抗側(cè)剛度和水平極限承載力。桁架斜腹桿的破壞大幅度降低了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗側(cè)剛度,使得交錯桁架的承載力發(fā)生突降,需要對斜腹桿的非彈性變形能力進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格要求。改進(jìn)型交錯桁架結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱層發(fā)生在結(jié)構(gòu)中部,改善了傳統(tǒng)交錯桁架結(jié)構(gòu)底部抗側(cè)剛度不足的弱點,達(dá)到了改進(jìn)的目的。 (2)改進(jìn)型結(jié)構(gòu)形式整體性能參數(shù)分析。首先建立了改進(jìn)型交錯桁架的試件的有限元模型,對比分析了數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果的破壞模式、承載力、剛度退化規(guī)律以及整體變形規(guī)律,驗證了有限元模型的有效性;然后進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)型結(jié)構(gòu)體系系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)分析。主要考慮了桁架跨度、桁架高度、桁架中間節(jié)間尺寸、桁架節(jié)間數(shù)等5個參數(shù)對改進(jìn)型結(jié)構(gòu)形式抗震性能的影響規(guī)律。 (3)基于試驗和有限元分析結(jié)果,提出了改進(jìn)型交錯桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震設(shè)計建議,包括桁架斜腹桿寬厚比值、桁架合理跨度和高度取值等方面的建議,供工程設(shè)計參考。
[Abstract]:The hybrid staggered truss structure system has high lateral stiffness and bearing capacity, so it has good economic performance, and is flexible and diverse in building layout, so it has been widely concerned in the field of structural engineering. However, previous studies have shown that the stiffness at the bottom of the structure system is weak, and it is easy to form a weak layer, which is not conducive to earthquake resistance. In view of this, an improved hybrid staggered truss structure system is proposed to enhance the stiffness of the bottom floor. The seismic performance and failure mechanism are studied. The research includes: 1) Experimental study. According to the existing codes, the 1:3 scale modified hybrid staggered truss steel structure specimens are designed, and the low-cycle reciprocating loading tests are carried out, and the hysteretic and skeleton curves between the lateral displacement of the top layer of the structure and the shear force of the base are obtained. The lateral stiffness, bearing capacity, energy dissipation capacity, ductile deformation, bearing capacity and stiffness degradation ability of the structure under cyclic loading and the failure mechanism of the structure are studied. The experimental results show that the hysteretic curve of the structure is full and fusiform, with good energy dissipation capacity, good deformation capacity, high lateral stiffness and horizontal ultimate bearing capacity. The failure of the inclined web bar of the truss reduces the lateral stiffness of the structure system greatly, and makes the bearing capacity of the staggered truss suddenly drop, so the inelastic deformation ability of the inclined web bar should be strictly required. The weak layer of the improved staggered truss structure occurs in the middle of the structure, which improves the weakness of the traditional staggered truss structure with insufficient lateral stiffness at the bottom, and achieves the purpose of improvement. 2) Analysis of the whole performance parameters of the improved structure form. Firstly, the finite element model of the improved staggered truss specimen is established, and the failure mode, bearing capacity, stiffness degradation law and integral deformation law of the numerical simulation results and the test results are compared and analyzed to verify the validity of the finite element model. Then the parameter analysis of the improved structure system is carried out. The influence of five parameters, such as truss span, truss height, truss Internode size and truss Internode number, on the seismic behavior of the improved structure is considered. Based on the results of test and finite element analysis, some suggestions for seismic design of the improved staggered truss structure system are put forward, including the ratio of the width to thickness of the truss inclined web bar, the reasonable span and height of the truss, and so on, which can be used as a reference for engineering design.
