【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)大中城市存在大量的“城中村”現(xiàn)象,如在廣州、深圳、珠海等沿海地區(qū),城中村的問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)的更為突出。如何營(yíng)造適合城中村有機(jī)發(fā)展的居住模式,已成為政府、村民和學(xué)術(shù)界等共同關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。因此研究城中村改造下的新居住模式的問(wèn)題具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 城中村改造是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜、涉及面廣的系統(tǒng)工程,關(guān)聯(lián)到體制、建筑、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、社會(huì)和文化等多方面的因素,關(guān)系到政府、開(kāi)發(fā)商、村民和城鄉(xiāng)本身等多方面的利益。目前,我國(guó)有關(guān)城中村改造的研究和實(shí)踐尚處在探索階段,大量問(wèn)題都需要研究解決。如,城中村需要怎么樣的發(fā)展改造?改造后的城中村如何與城市整體相融合?村民需要什么樣的居住模式?如何延續(xù)地域文脈以及發(fā)展社區(qū)活力?等等。基于種種問(wèn)題,筆者將城中村改造的新居住模式作為碩士論文研究的課題,希望借此對(duì)今后的城中村改造提供有價(jià)值的意見(jiàn)和建議。 本文在基于對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論及實(shí)踐的研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)廣州城中村現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究；研究影響城中村形成的因素,并分析了其不同改造階段的差異,以及對(duì)居住模式、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及城市發(fā)展等的影響；從居住社會(huì)文化層面——自然、宗族、鄰里等,指出其相互間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系以及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義；以及從居住物質(zhì)形態(tài)層面——城市空間效率、有效領(lǐng)域、社區(qū)認(rèn)同、混合使用、鄰里交往、居住效率這六個(gè)方面展開(kāi)分析,揭示不同層次設(shè)計(jì)間的關(guān)聯(lián)；總結(jié)已改造城中村存在的問(wèn)題,剖析其根源,并提出城中村改造下新居住模式營(yíng)造的原則,使對(duì)城中村的改造研究更加系統(tǒng)和深入。 最后,結(jié)語(yǔ)部分提出了筆者在研究城中村問(wèn)題時(shí)的一些感觸,并對(duì)其未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。同時(shí),總結(jié)城中村改造過(guò)程中需要注意的問(wèn)題,希望能為今后的城中村改造提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, there are a large number of "villages in cities" in China, such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and other coastal areas. How to build a living mode suitable for the organic development of urban villages has become a common concern of the government, villagers and academia. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the new living mode under the transformation of the village in the city. The transformation of villages in cities is a complex and extensive systematic engineering, which is related to the system, architecture, economy, environment, society and culture, and so on. It relates to the interests of the government, the developers, the villagers and the urban and rural areas. At present, the research and practice of village reconstruction are still in the stage of exploration, and a large number of problems need to be solved. For example, the village in the city needs what kind of development and transformation? After the transformation of the village in the city how to integrate with the city as a whole? What kind of living mode do villagers need? How to continue the regional context and develop community vitality? Wait Based on all kinds of problems, the author regards the new living mode of village transformation in city as the research topic of master thesis, hoping to provide valuable advice and suggestions for the future reconstruction of village in city. In this paper, based on the domestic and foreign related theory and practice of the research foundation, the status quo of Guangzhou City in the village investigation and research; This paper studies the factors that affect the formation of villages in the city, and analyzes the differences in the different stages of transformation, as well as the influence on the living mode, social network and urban development. From the aspect of living society and culture, such as nature, clan, neighborhood and so on, this paper points out their internal relation and practical significance. And from the aspects of urban space efficiency, effective field, community identity, mixed use, neighborhood communication and residence efficiency, the paper analyzes the relationship between different levels of design. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the reconstruction of the village in the city, analyzes its root causes, and puts forward the principle of constructing the new living mode under the transformation of the village in the city, so as to make the research on the transformation of the village in the city more systematic and thorough. Finally, the conclusion part puts forward some feelings when the author studies the village problem in the city, and looks forward to its future development. At the same time, the paper summarizes the problems needing attention in the process of urban village reconstruction, and hopes to provide a useful reference for future urban village reconstruction.
