基于Aspen Plus 撫順式油頁巖干餾過程模擬方法研究

【摘要】:利用Aspen Plus軟件對撫順式油頁巖干餾過程進行模擬,采用帶Fortran氣化動力學子程序的自定義反應模型來代替Gibbs反應器,通過與文獻中實驗數(shù)據(jù)對比來驗證模擬結(jié)果的準確性,結(jié)果吻合良好。利用該模型研究了主風量和主風飽和度等參數(shù)對氣體組分、氣體熱值、氣化效率和熱效率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著氣化溫度的增加,CO的含量增加,而H_2和CH_4的含量減少,同時氣體的熱值呈現(xiàn)出逐漸降低的趨勢;提高主風量,氣化效率、干發(fā)生氣熱效率(ηd)和濕發(fā)生氣熱效率(ηw)均有顯著提高,但是過量空氣的通入將會造成燒油,建議主風量控制在7.38×10~4~8.61×10~4m~3/h最佳;提高主風飽和度,氣化溫度呈線性下降;當主風飽和度為90℃時,濕發(fā)生氣熱效率(ηw)達到最大,為37.08%;但是綜合考慮實際過程中的合理運行,建議主風飽和度選取80℃為宜。
[Abstract]:The Fushun oil shale distillation process was simulated by Aspen Plus software. The self-defined reaction model with Fortran gasification kinetics subroutine was used to replace the Gibbs reactor. The accuracy of the simulation results was verified by comparing with the experimental data in the literature. The results are in good agreement. The effects of main air volume and main air saturation on gas composition, gas calorific value, gasification efficiency and thermal efficiency were studied by using the model. The results show that with the increase of gasification temperature, the content of CO increases, while the contents of HS2 and CH_4 decrease, and the calorific value of gas decreases gradually. The main air volume, gasification efficiency, dry gas thermal efficiency (畏 _ d) and wet gas thermal efficiency (畏 _ w) are all increased significantly, but excessive air flow will lead to oil burning. It is suggested that the main air rate should be controlled at 7.38 脳 10 ~ (4) ~ (4) ~ 8.61 脳 10~4m~3/h. When the main air saturation is 90 鈩,
