【摘要】：哈法亞油田位于伊拉克東南部,含油層系較多,不同層系在生產(chǎn)中存在生產(chǎn)氣油比高、含硫、出砂、瀝青析出等諸多生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題,給人工舉升方式的選擇帶來(lái)了較大挑戰(zhàn)。為了針對(duì)不同層系特性選擇相適應(yīng)的人工舉升方式,綜合考慮油藏特征、流體物性、井筒條件、舉升設(shè)備特點(diǎn)及資金成本等眾多因素,采用多級(jí)模糊評(píng)價(jià)方法建立了哈法亞油田目標(biāo)層系人工舉升方式影響因素的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,結(jié)合油田生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,計(jì)算各類(lèi)舉升方式的決策因子,分層系優(yōu)選出了最佳的人工舉升方式。油田先導(dǎo)性試驗(yàn)表明:優(yōu)選結(jié)果的實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果在技術(shù)上適應(yīng)性良好,經(jīng)濟(jì)上成本控制合理,為油田后期全面轉(zhuǎn)人工舉升開(kāi)采提供了技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:The Hafaya oilfield is located in the southeast of Iraq, and there are many oil-bearing strata in the production. There are many production problems such as high gas-oil ratio, sulfur content, sand production, asphalt precipitation and so on, which brings great challenge to the choice of artificial lifting mode. In order to select the suitable artificial lifting mode according to the characteristics of different strata, considering the reservoir characteristics, fluid properties, wellbore conditions, lifting equipment characteristics and the cost of funds, and so on, many factors, such as reservoir characteristics, fluid physical properties, wellbore conditions, etc. A comprehensive evaluation model of the factors affecting the artificial lifting mode of the target strata in Hafaya Oilfield is established by using the multistage fuzzy evaluation method. The decision factors of various lifting modes are calculated in combination with the present production situation of the oilfield. The best way of manual lifting is selected by stratified system. The pilot test of oil field shows that the practical application effect of the optimal selection result is good in technology adaptability and reasonable cost control in economy. It provides technical guidance and experience for the later stage of comprehensive conversion to artificial lift production in oilfield.
