【摘要】:在當今工業(yè)快速發(fā)展的進程中,固體質(zhì)量流量的準確測量在眾多生產(chǎn)領域中的重要性日趨凸顯,尤其在冶金及化工生產(chǎn)中,固體質(zhì)量流量的檢測對企業(yè)成本控制、能源節(jié)約等都有現(xiàn)實意義。應用微波技術檢測氣固兩相流中固體流量是一項新技術,該方法屬于非接觸式測量,具有結構緊湊、便于安裝與維護、響應速度快等優(yōu)點,具有很好的應用前景。 本文以多普勒原理為理論基礎設計了氣固兩相流測量系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)由三部分組成:微波雷達、DSP以及上位機,其中重點對信號的處理方法進行了研究,并分別編寫了DSP及上位機部分的程序。主要工作如下: 首先,基于TMS320F2812豐富的片上資源以及其強大的數(shù)字信號處理能力,系統(tǒng)中信號采集及數(shù)據(jù)處理等功能都在DSP上實現(xiàn)。DSP以設定的采樣頻率對多普勒雷達的輸出信號進行采集和校正,然后通過對比幾種數(shù)字濾波算法選用合適的算法來對信號進行濾波,最后使用快速傅里葉變換來對信號進行頻域分析,提取出信號的頻率及功率譜。物料的速度依據(jù)多普勒原理通過對信號的頻率進行計算獲得。 系統(tǒng)上位機使用C++builder進行編寫,主要實現(xiàn)與下位機DSP之間的通信,可以對DSP發(fā)送指令和進行參數(shù)設置并且從DSP讀取數(shù)據(jù)。對功率譜密度——質(zhì)量流量進行測量標定,使用擬合算法得到物料的流量與功率譜之間的關系式,通過此關系式可以由測得的功率譜密度計算得到相對應的質(zhì)量流量。本文中上位機與DSP之間的通信通過USB芯片CY7C68013來完成。 最后,使用本系統(tǒng)對黃豆分別進行了速度及流量的測量實驗,分析結果及誤差。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry, the accurate measurement of solid mass flow is becoming more and more important in many fields of production, especially in metallurgical and chemical production. The detection of solid mass flow is of practical significance to enterprise cost control, energy saving and so on. It is a new technology to use microwave technology to detect solid flow in gas-solid two-phase flow, and this method belongs to non-contact measurement. It has many advantages, such as compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, fast response and so on. Based on the Doppler principle, a gas-solid two-phase flow measurement system is designed in this paper. The system is composed of three parts: microwave radar DSP and upper computer, in which the signal processing method is studied. The programs of DSP and PC are written respectively. The main work is as follows: First of all, based on the rich on-chip resources of TMS320F2812 and its powerful digital signal processing ability. The functions of signal acquisition and data processing in the system are implemented on DSP to collect and correct the output signal of Doppler radar with the set sampling frequency. Then by comparing several digital filtering algorithms to select the appropriate algorithm to filter the signal. Finally, the fast Fourier transform is used to analyze the signal in frequency domain. The frequency and power spectrum of the signal are extracted and the velocity of the material is obtained by calculating the frequency of the signal according to the Doppler principle. The upper computer of the system is written with C builder, which mainly realizes the communication with the lower computer DSP. The DSP can be sent instructions and parameters set and the data can be read from the DSP.; the power spectral density-mass flow can be measured and calibrated. The relationship between flow rate and power spectrum is obtained by fitting algorithm. The corresponding mass flow can be calculated from the measured power spectral density. In this paper, the communication between host computer and DSP is accomplished by USB chip CY7C68013. Finally, the system was used to measure the velocity and flow rate of soybean, the results and errors were analyzed.
