【摘要】：寬域廢氣氧(Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen,簡稱UEGO)傳感器具有較寬的空燃比測量范圍,廣泛地應(yīng)用于稀燃發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)空燃比控制系統(tǒng),能夠?yàn)槠�車電子控制單�?Electronic Control Unit,簡稱ECU)提供更加準(zhǔn)確的空燃比信號,保持發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣缸內(nèi)混合氣在理論空燃比附近,減少汽車尾氣對空氣產(chǎn)生的污染。UEGO傳感器需配以相應(yīng)的控制器才能正常工作,控制器的優(yōu)劣直接決定傳感器的性能。本文主要研究UEGO傳感器的控制方法和控制系統(tǒng)軟件。通過空氣環(huán)境中的開環(huán)實(shí)驗(yàn),建立溫度模塊的數(shù)學(xué)模型,針對溫度的非線性和冷啟動(dòng)加熱限制,提出斜坡加熱與模糊PI相結(jié)合的分段控制策略。在混合氣配氣平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行泵電流模塊的開環(huán)實(shí)驗(yàn),建立不同工況下被控對象的數(shù)學(xué)模型,針對模型參數(shù)存在攝動(dòng),提出采用模糊PID控制方法。研制了UEGO控制器的系統(tǒng)軟件,由初始化、看門狗、人機(jī)接口、上位機(jī)通訊、溫度控制、泵電流控制、空燃比計(jì)算等模塊組成,實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度和泵電流模塊的信號采集及控制、測量計(jì)算、人機(jī)交互等功能。使用LabVIEW開發(fā)上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)控制參數(shù)設(shè)置、狀態(tài)監(jiān)控、結(jié)果記錄和顯示等功能。在空氣環(huán)境中的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:常溫下傳感器冷啟動(dòng)時(shí)間少于20s,溫度控制精度較高;泵電流控制的調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間為191ms,具有調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間短,抗干擾能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在混合氣配氣平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:所研制的UEGO控制器能夠快速響應(yīng)外界工況的變化,具有良好的動(dòng)態(tài)性能。
[Abstract]:The wide range Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen (UEGO) sensor has a wide air fuel ratio measurement range, which is widely used in the air fuel ratio control system of the lean burn engine. It can provide more accurate air fuel ratio signal for the electronic control unit of the automobile (Electronic Control Unit, abbreviated ECU), and keep the mixture gas in the engine cylinder. In the vicinity of the theoretical air fuel ratio (air fuel ratio), the.UEGO sensor that reduces the pollution of the automobile exhaust to the air needs to be matched with the corresponding controller to work normally. The controller's advantages and disadvantages directly determine the performance of the sensor. In this paper, the control method and the control system software of the UEGO sensor are mainly studied. The mathematical model, aiming at the nonlinearity of temperature and the limitation of cold start heating, proposes a piecewise control strategy combining slope heating with fuzzy PI. The open loop experiment of the pump current module is carried out on the mixture gas distribution platform, and the mathematical model of the controlled object under different working conditions is set up. The fuzzy PID control method is proposed in view of the perturbation of the model parameters. The system software of UEGO controller is developed, which consists of initialization, watchdog, man-machine interface, upper computer communication, temperature control, pump current control, air fuel ratio calculation and so on. It realizes the signal acquisition and control of the temperature and pump current module, measurement calculation and human-computer interaction. The control software is developed by using LabVIEW to realize the control parameter. The experimental results in the air environment show that the cold start time of the sensor at normal temperature is less than 20s, the temperature control precision is higher, the control time of the pump current is 191ms, the adjusting time is short, and the anti-interference ability is strong. The dynamic experiment on the mixture gas distribution platform is carried out. The results show that the developed UEGO controller can respond to changes in external conditions quickly and has good dynamic performance.
