【摘要】：無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)(Brushless DC Motor,以下簡(jiǎn)稱BLDCM)以其自身結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、調(diào)速范圍廣、扭矩大、噪聲低、可靠性性能優(yōu)良等特點(diǎn)廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、航空航天等領(lǐng)域,無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)、準(zhǔn)、快特性成為廣大科研工作者不懈追求的目標(biāo)。本文首先結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于研究無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)文獻(xiàn)資料,介紹無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)展歷程及研究現(xiàn)狀;從研究對(duì)象自身機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)動(dòng)原理方面入手,采用SVPWM控制方式建立無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。在以上理論的基礎(chǔ)上,搭建無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)主要分為電機(jī)控制電路和驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,選用ARM COTEX-M3系列芯片作為控制系統(tǒng)主控芯片,驅(qū)動(dòng)電路采用N+N結(jié)構(gòu)選用F540NS型號(hào)MOSFET,以IR2101作為MOSFET驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片。本文研究重點(diǎn)在于采用正弦波SVPWM控制方式,以“三電阻采樣法”配合霍爾傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)PID電流環(huán)與速度環(huán)雙閉環(huán)。研究中結(jié)合電動(dòng)機(jī)本體在運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中參數(shù)非線性變化,控制算法根據(jù)被控對(duì)象參數(shù)變化實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整PID參數(shù),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)穩(wěn)定、快速、準(zhǔn)確的控制。最后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了本論文設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)刷直流電動(dòng)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)方案科學(xué)合理,電機(jī)控制能達(dá)到穩(wěn)定、快速、準(zhǔn)確的控制性能指標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) is widely used in modern industrial automation, aerospace and other fields because of its simple structure, wide speed range, large torque, low noise and excellent reliability. Brushless DC motor control system stability, accuracy, fast characteristics of scientific research workers unremitting pursuit of the goal. This paper firstly introduces the development course and research status of brushless DC motor, starting with the mechanical structure and motion principle of the research object, based on the domestic and foreign literature about the research of brushless DC motor, and introduces the development of brushless DC motor and its current research status. The brushless DC motor control system is established by using SVPWM control mode. Based on the above theory, the experimental platform of brushless DC motor is built. The experimental platform is mainly divided into motor control circuit and drive circuit. ARM COTEX-M3 series chips are selected as the main control chip of the control system. The driving circuit adopts N N structure to select F540NS model MOSFET and IR2101 as MOSFET driver chip. The emphasis of this paper is to adopt the sine wave SVPWM control method and to realize the double closed loop of the PID current loop and the velocity loop of the control system by using the "three resistance sampling method" and the Hall sensor. In the study, the control algorithm adjusts the PID parameters in real time according to the parameters change of the controlled object, so that the brushless DC motor can be controlled stably, quickly and accurately. Finally, through the experiment platform test, it is proved that the design scheme of the brushless DC motor control system is scientific and reasonable, the motor control can achieve stable, fast and accurate control performance index, and achieve the expected design requirements.
