【摘要】：針對(duì)厚壁管道表面缺陷檢測(cè),研究了一種基于PZT的柔性梳狀表面波傳感器。首先,采用有限元仿真的方法對(duì)鋼板和厚壁管道上等間距梳狀表面波傳感器的陣元間距、陣元寬度、陣元個(gè)數(shù)、陣元長(zhǎng)度進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,以及陣元個(gè)數(shù)和陣元長(zhǎng)度對(duì)傳感器指向性的影響進(jìn)行了研究,并通過優(yōu)化選取背襯材料、設(shè)計(jì)背襯厚度,改善了表面波信號(hào)的拖尾現(xiàn)象;其次,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果研制了新型柔性梳狀表面波傳感器,并進(jìn)行了性能測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果吻合較好。通過仿真優(yōu)化,得到當(dāng)傳感器陣元間距為λ_R(λ_R為相應(yīng)表面波波長(zhǎng)),陣元寬度為λ_R/2,陣元個(gè)數(shù)為5時(shí),傳感器表面波信號(hào)拖尾較小,能量較為集中。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,根據(jù)仿真參數(shù)研制的梳狀表面波傳感器具有良好的指向性,并且能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)厚壁管道表面缺陷的檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:A flexible comb surface wave sensor based on PZT is studied for the surface defect detection of thick wall pipeline. Firstly, the finite element simulation method is used to optimize the array element spacing, array width, array number and array length of the equal-spacing comb surface wave sensor on steel plate and thick wall pipeline. The effects of the number of array elements and the length of array elements on the directivity of sensor are studied, and the thickness of backing material is optimized to improve the trailing phenomenon of surface wave signal. According to the simulation results, a new type of flexible comb surface wave sensor is developed, and its performance is tested. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results. By means of simulation optimization, it is obtained that when the sensor array element spacing is 位 _ R _ R (位 _ s _ S _ R is the corresponding surface wave wavelength), the array element width is 位 _ S _ R _ (2), the number of array elements is 5, the sensor surface wave signal tail is smaller and the energy is more concentrated. The experimental results show that the comb surface wave sensor developed according to the simulation parameters has good directivity and can be used to detect the surface defects of thick wall pipeline.
