【摘要】:微波輻射計屬于一種無源的微波測量裝置,它只是被動地接收目標及其周圍環(huán)境輻射的隨機噪聲,自身是不會發(fā)射微波信號的。同有源的微波遙感相比較,微波輻射計的優(yōu)點是重量輕、功耗省、體積小、成本低等,并且能夠全天時、全天候地進行遙感工作。以上這些優(yōu)點使其得到了非常廣泛的應用。但是,由于受定標源的限制以及輻射計系統(tǒng)增益和本機噪聲波動的影響,輻射計任有許多問題尚未得到很好的解決,如長期穩(wěn)定性、高靈敏度(溫度分辨率)、高絕對測量精度等。在本文中提出了一種能消除系統(tǒng)增益和本機噪聲波動影響的新體制輻射計,設(shè)計了試驗樣機,并對其性能指標進行了測試和分析。同時,也對目前常用飛機積冰預報方法和應用微波輻射計測量飛機飛行潛在積冰區(qū)積冰的原理進行了論述。本論文的主要工作包括如下幾個方面:1.將近年來微波輻射計技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢做了詳細的闡述。2.分析了微波遙感的原理。3.介紹了與飛機積冰相關(guān)的知識,并詳細分析了以微波輻射計為基礎(chǔ)的綜合預報系統(tǒng)。4.詳細分析了新體制輻射計的理論基礎(chǔ),并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了單通道試驗樣機,其中包括如何選取微波開關(guān)和參考噪聲源,以及接收機高頻前端和低頻電路的設(shè)計等。5.詳細介紹和分析了新體制輻射計試驗樣機的測量結(jié)果和性能指標。
[Abstract]:Microwave radiometer belongs to a passive microwave measuring device. It only passively receives the random noise from the target and its surrounding environment and does not emit microwave signals by itself. Compared with active microwave remote sensing, microwave radiometer has the advantages of light weight, low power consumption, small volume and low cost. These advantages make it widely used. However, due to the limitation of the calibration source and the influence of the gain of the radiometer system and the fluctuation of the local noise, there are many problems of the radiometer which have not been solved well, such as long-term stability. High sensitivity (temperature resolution, high absolute measurement accuracy, etc. In this paper a new system radiometer which can eliminate the influence of system gain and local noise fluctuation is proposed. The experimental prototype is designed and its performance index is tested and analyzed. At the same time, it also discusses the commonly used aircraft ice prediction methods and the principle of using microwave radiometer to measure the ice accumulation in aircraft flight potential ice accumulation area. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1. The development trend of microwave radiometer technology in recent years is described in detail. The principle of microwave remote sensing is analyzed. The knowledge related to aircraft ice deposition is introduced, and the comprehensive forecast system based on microwave radiometer is analyzed in detail. The theoretical basis of the new radiometer is analyzed in detail, and a single-channel experimental prototype is designed, which includes how to select the microwave switch and reference noise source, and the design of the receiver's high-frequency front-end and low-frequency circuit. The measurement results and performance indexes of the new system radiometer test prototype are introduced and analyzed in detail.
