中文文摘： 　20世紀70年代，西方陣營和東方陣營內(nèi)跨國公司都獲得了發(fā)展，并使相互割裂的兩大陣營經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系日益緊密，經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系帶來的客觀效果使東西方關(guān)系走向緩和�？鐕�公司在國際經(jīng)濟關(guān)系中也有一定的消極作用�？刂圃诎l(fā)達國家手中的跨國公司憑借強大實力操縱弱小國家經(jīng)濟命脈，甚至插手他國內(nèi)政，這正是國際經(jīng)濟政治秩序不平等的真實寫照。為此，，第三世界國家奮起抗爭，建立屬于自己的跨國公司集團，打破了發(fā)達國家在世界經(jīng)濟中的壟斷地位，力圖在國際政治經(jīng)濟新秩序的建立中發(fā)揮自己的作用，以上因素互相作用使70年代的國際關(guān)系朝著相對穩(wěn)定的方向發(fā)展。
