【摘要】：本文以鄧小平制度建設(shè)思想為對象,對之進(jìn)行了多角度、多方位的研究和探討。鄧小平制度建設(shè)思想是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分,是鄧小平同志領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國人民進(jìn)行制度建設(shè)實(shí)踐的理論結(jié)晶。鄧小平同志關(guān)于制度建設(shè)的論述,對于我國目前依法治國,推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化,仍有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義。本文從鄧小平理論中制度的基本內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)入手,從制度改革和制度建設(shè)兩個(gè)層面,深入研究了鄧小平關(guān)于制度改革和制度建設(shè)的具體思想,并分析二者之間的相互關(guān)系；并以分析鄧小平制度思想給我們的啟示為切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國的實(shí)踐情況,闡述了鄧小平制度建設(shè)思想的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。全文共分為四個(gè)部分：第一部分,緒論。該部分闡述了論文的選題意義、研究思路和方法、以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等,并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述。第二部分,鄧小平理論中制度的基本內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)。該部分首先介紹了鄧小平理論中有關(guān)制度的基本內(nèi)容,然后從鄧小平理論中制度是一個(gè)體系的角度,分析了鄧小平制度理論的基本內(nèi)容,主要為作為國家根本制度的制度(根本制度)、作為國家具體制度的制度(國家體制)和作為具體工作規(guī)范的制度(具體規(guī)章)等,闡述了鄧小平制度建設(shè)思想的特點(diǎn)。第三部分是鄧小平論制度改革與制度建設(shè)。主要研究鄧小平關(guān)于制度改革和制度建設(shè)的相關(guān)思想,并分析二者之間的相互關(guān)系。第四部分是鄧小平制度建設(shè)思想給我們的啟示和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。通過研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)鄧小平制度思想給我們的啟示有：必須始終重視制度建設(shè)、保證制度得到落實(shí)更加重要、完善制度永無止境、以及改革制度既要大膽又要穩(wěn)妥等；據(jù)此得出了鄧小平制度建設(shè)思想的重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,主要包括：國家治理現(xiàn)代化與鄧小平制度建設(shè)思想一脈相承,頂層設(shè)計(jì)與摸著石頭過河相結(jié)合,維護(hù)制度的權(quán)威,制度建設(shè)要堅(jiān)持科學(xué)性和可行性的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:This article takes Deng Xiaoping's system construction thought as the object, has carried on the multi-angle, multi-directional research and the discussion to it. Deng Xiaoping's thought of institutional construction is an important part of the theory of Deng Xiaoping and the crystallization of the practice of guiding the Chinese people to carry out the construction of the system by Comrade Deng Xiaoping. Comrade Deng Xiaoping's exposition on system construction still has important guiding significance for our country to run the country according to law and to promote the modernization of national administration. Starting with the basic contents and characteristics of the system in Deng Xiaoping's theory, from the two aspects of system reform and system construction, this paper deeply studies the concrete thought of the system reform and the system construction, and analyzes the relationship between the two. Taking the analysis of Deng Xiaoping's system thought as the starting point and combining with the practice situation of our country, this paper expounds the realistic significance of the system construction thought of Deng Xiaoping. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction. This part describes the significance of the topic, research ideas and methods, as well as innovation points, and domestic and foreign literature review. The second part, the basic contents and characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's theory. This part first introduces the basic contents of the system in Deng Xiaoping's theory, and then analyzes the basic content of the system theory of Deng Xiaoping from the angle that the system is a system in Deng Xiaoping's theory. Mainly for the system as the basic system of the country (fundamental system), as the system of the concrete system of the country (national system) and as the system of the concrete work norm (concrete regulation), this paper expounds the characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's system construction thought. The third part is Deng Xiaoping on system reform and system construction. This paper mainly studies Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on system reform and system construction, and analyzes the relationship between them. The fourth part is the enlightenment and practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's system construction thought to us. Through the research, we find that Deng Xiaoping's system thought gives us enlightenment: we must always attach importance to the system construction, guarantee the system to be carried out more important, perfect the system forever, and reform the system should be bold and steady; Based on this, the author concludes the important practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's thought of institutional construction, mainly including: the modernization of national governance and the thought of Deng Xiaoping's system construction are inherited in the same vein, the top-level design is combined with touching the stone to cross the river, and the authority of the system is maintained. System construction should adhere to the unity of science and feasibility.
