【摘要】：機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老是指為老年人提供飲食起居、清潔衛(wèi)生、生活護(hù)理、健康管理和文體娛樂活動(dòng)等綜合性服務(wù)的機(jī)構(gòu)。隨著老齡化問題不斷加劇以及家庭養(yǎng)老觀念不斷弱化，機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老將會(huì)為土左旗養(yǎng)老問題承擔(dān)越來越重要的責(zé)任，更多的老人會(huì)將機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老作為他們安度晚年的選擇。但現(xiàn)階段，土左旗機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老還存在著許多問題。為此，筆者以白廟子敬老院和康馨老年公寓為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作理論與方法對(duì)土左旗機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老進(jìn)行了全面分析，這對(duì)于有效解決該地區(qū)的養(yǎng)老問題及機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展有著重要的意義。同時(shí)，運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作理論對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老問題的研究，不僅能夠?qū)�專業(yè)知識(shí)運(yùn)用到解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題中去，有助于理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，而且能夠?yàn)槔夏晟鐣?huì)工作理論的進(jìn)一步深入和發(fā)展提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累，從而切實(shí)推動(dòng)社會(huì)工作在機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老領(lǐng)域的深入和發(fā)展。 筆者進(jìn)入白廟子敬老院和康馨老年公寓進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察，利用訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法展開對(duì)土左旗機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老問題的研究探索。同時(shí)，將社會(huì)工作的方法介入其中，通過實(shí)地研究、案例分析等方法，接近他們的生活，，找出問題并解決問題。全文主要由導(dǎo)論、主要三章、結(jié)語、參考文獻(xiàn)組成。 第一章，分析了土左旗機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的現(xiàn)狀。首先介紹了土左旗養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)的總體情況，對(duì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。 第二章，分析了土左旗機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老存在的問題和影響機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老發(fā)展的原因。筆者認(rèn)為，土左旗機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老存在的主要問題是公辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)和民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展不平衡。 第三章，對(duì)加快土左旗機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。認(rèn)為，要充分運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作專業(yè)知識(shí)，建設(shè)社會(huì)工作人才人隊(duì)伍。在解決具體問題的過程中，筆者運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作和小組工作的方式，基本完成了預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Institutional old-age care refers to the provision of comprehensive services for the elderly, such as eating and drinking, cleaning and hygiene, living care, health management and recreational activities. With the aggravation of the aging problem and the weakening of the concept of family pension, the institutional old-age support will take more and more important responsibility for the pension problem of Tuzuo flag, and more old people will take the institutional old-age care as their choice to spend their old age safely. However, at this stage, there are still many problems in the institutional pension of Tuzuo Banner. Therefore, taking the White Temple Home for the aged and the Carnation apartment for the aged as the research objects, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the institutional pension in Tuzuo Banner by using the theory and method of social work. It is of great significance to solve the pension problem and the sustainable and stable development of institutional pension in this area. At the same time, the application of social work theory to the study of institutional old-age support not only can apply professional knowledge to solve practical problems, but also helps to combine theory with practice. Moreover, it can provide practical basis and experience accumulation for the further development of the theory of social work for the elderly, and thus promote the deepening and development of social work in the field of institutional old-age care. The author went into the White Temple Home for the aged and the Carnation apartment for the aged to conduct a field investigation, using the method of interview and questionnaire to carry out the research on the pension problem in Tuzuo Banner. At the same time, the social work method is involved in, through field research, case analysis and other methods, close to their lives, identify problems and solve problems. The full text is mainly composed of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and references. In the first chapter, the author analyzes the present situation of the institutional pension in Tuzuo Banner. First of all, it introduces the general situation of the construction of Tuzuo Banner pension institution, and analyzes the present situation of the development. In the second chapter, the author analyzes the problems existing in institutional pension and the reasons that affect the development of institutional old-age support in Tuzuo Banner. The author thinks that the main problem of Tuzuo Banner is the imbalance of the development between the public pension institution and the private pension institution. The third chapter, to speed up the development of Tuzuo Banner pension institutions put forward relevant recommendations. We should make full use of the professional knowledge of social work and build a contingent of social work talents. In the process of solving the specific problems, the author has basically completed the expected goal by using the method of case work and group work.
