【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化和城市化的發(fā)展,大量農(nóng)村土地被征用,產(chǎn)生了數(shù)量眾多的失地農(nóng)民。農(nóng)民的社會保障問題是當(dāng)前社會關(guān)注的一個熱點問題,它直接關(guān)系到我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定以及我國市場經(jīng)濟體制的完善。而目前對失地農(nóng)民的安置很難替代土地的保障作用,失地農(nóng)民也由此產(chǎn)生了諸多問題,其中,失地農(nóng)民的心理問題尤為重要。 本文首先對失地農(nóng)民的邊際人格問題進行了定義和解釋,它主要指的是在城市化進程中,失地農(nóng)民在向現(xiàn)代城市市民轉(zhuǎn)變過程中,由于受到自身原有文化特質(zhì)的影響,難以適應(yīng)心理和生活的突變,未能從心理認(rèn)識上適應(yīng)新變化,從而導(dǎo)致原有人格和新人格的沖突,存在于人體的一種不穩(wěn)定的心理行為模式。據(jù)此并展開實地的問卷調(diào)查和實地訪談,得到了相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)資料,并且進行了相關(guān)原因分析,提出了應(yīng)對的策略。 本文一共分為六章,下面簡要地闡述一下各章節(jié)的內(nèi)容。第一章是緒論,主要包括選題原因、相關(guān)概念的界定,以及本文主要的研究方法和國內(nèi)外的研究成果,在緒論中主要涉及的是選題的一些問題,基于國內(nèi)外已有的學(xué)術(shù)成果的基礎(chǔ)之上,以及失地農(nóng)民邊際人格問題的深遠影響,我才決定要選擇失地農(nóng)民作為我此次研究的對象,失地農(nóng)民的問題是關(guān)乎老百姓生活的大問題,尤其是他們在失地后呈現(xiàn)出來的諸多心理問題,而在長期的觀察中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)邊際人格問題是影響失地農(nóng)民生活的主要因素之一,基于此,我開始著手進行了深入了解和研究。 第二章是相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),對于失地農(nóng)民的研究我所采用的理論主要有人格心理學(xué)理論、世界體系理論以及社會角色理論,首先是從人格心理學(xué)的角度去詮釋失地農(nóng)民邊際人格的概念和涵義,并且在已有學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文也對失地農(nóng)民的邊際人格下了一個定義,希望能夠為本文的寫作帶來更大的便捷,當(dāng)然在研究過程中我也采用了社會學(xué)的相關(guān)理論加以分析,從諸多視角去解釋失地農(nóng)民的邊際人格問題。 第三章是失地農(nóng)民生活現(xiàn)狀分析,包含被調(diào)查樣本的基本構(gòu)成情況,和被調(diào)查樣本的生存現(xiàn)狀,本次研究主要是從合肥經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)的福祿園小區(qū)抽取樣本200人,以此來推算出總體的情況,希望能夠了解失地農(nóng)民的生活現(xiàn)狀以便于今后的研究得以順利的開展。 第四章是失地農(nóng)民邊際人格的具體情況分析,這章是在抽樣的基礎(chǔ)上進行的,主要包括了失地農(nóng)民邊際人格的現(xiàn)實表現(xiàn)、失地農(nóng)民邊際人格的原因分析以及失地農(nóng)民邊際人格問題的影響,這章主要是分析和研究失地農(nóng)民的邊際人格問題的現(xiàn)實表現(xiàn)和產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,在深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上來分析邊際人格問題對于失地農(nóng)民的影響。 第五章是解決失地農(nóng)民邊際人格問題的方法和途徑,這章主要是在研究失地農(nóng)民問題的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合他們的邊際人格問題提出一些方法和解決的途徑,主要是體現(xiàn)在政治、經(jīng)濟、社會和文化方面的一些方法和舉措,希望能夠在某些程度上解決失地農(nóng)民的邊際人格問題,讓失地農(nóng)民的生活得到正視,進而得到應(yīng)有的解決和安頓,為他們的失地后的生活提供更有成效的保障。 第六章是失地農(nóng)民邊際人格研究的現(xiàn)實意義和啟示,這章主要包括失地農(nóng)民邊際人格的現(xiàn)實意義和失地農(nóng)民邊際人格問題研究對當(dāng)代城市化發(fā)展進程的啟示。失地農(nóng)民是城市化進程的產(chǎn)物,他們的問題更是城市化進程中不能忽略的問題,失地農(nóng)民邊際人格問題影響著他們失地后的正常生活,也是關(guān)乎社會和諧發(fā)展的重要問題,所以對于失地農(nóng)民邊際人格問題的研究有著深遠的意義。
