【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)打破美國(guó)的核武器壟斷以后,美國(guó)便開(kāi)啟了建立核民防系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)程。美國(guó)的核民防體系建設(shè)不僅有核民防機(jī)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)建,更有針對(duì)普通民眾的核民防行動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,借此普及了核安全知識(shí)、提升了民眾核安全意識(shí),從全民的層面確保了核時(shí)代的國(guó)家安全,從而使得核民防系統(tǒng)成為美國(guó)核安全系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。對(duì)冷戰(zhàn)初期美國(guó)的核民防進(jìn)行研究,既可以加深對(duì)美國(guó)核安全政策的理解,又可以為我國(guó)面對(duì)日趨嚴(yán)峻的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)核安全形勢(shì)提供借鑒與參照。
[Abstract]:After the Soviet Union broke the nuclear weapons monopoly of the United States, the United States opened the process of establishing a nuclear civil defense system. The construction of the nuclear civil defense system in the United States not only has the creation of nuclear civil defense institutions, but also the development of the nuclear civil defense action of the common people. This has popularized the knowledge of nuclear safety, promoted the public awareness of nuclear safety, and ensured the national level. The national security of the nuclear age makes the nuclear civil defense system become an important part of the nuclear safety system in the United States. The research on the nuclear civil defense in the United States in the early cold war can not only deepen the understanding of the nuclear security policy of the United States, but also provide reference and reference for our country to face the increasingly severe international and national security situation.
