【摘要】：菲律賓軍人的政治角色研究論題,為了更深入的了解軍人在菲律賓歷史發(fā)展過(guò)程中扮演著何種角色,以及軍人是如何影響到政治的等問(wèn)題,在已有的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,以菲律賓軍人的角色作為切入點(diǎn),菲律賓歷史事實(shí)為依據(jù),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、歷史分析等分析方法,對(duì)菲律賓軍人的法定角色、現(xiàn)實(shí)角色、軍人偏離法定角色涉入政治的原因以及軍人干涉政治所呈現(xiàn)出的特點(diǎn)等問(wèn)題展開(kāi)深入的研究。最后得出結(jié)論:菲律賓軍人的政治角色分別在軍管法時(shí)期、兩次革命中以及頻繁的兵變時(shí)期表現(xiàn)最突出,在這三個(gè)時(shí)期,軍人分別扮演著軍政聯(lián)合模式的參與者和實(shí)施者、政權(quán)更替的推動(dòng)者以及政治穩(wěn)定的影響者等角色;軍人之所以干預(yù)政治,是受其本身的政治意識(shí)、復(fù)雜的國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境以及美國(guó)因素的影響;軍人干政呈現(xiàn)出政治目標(biāo)低、干政層次由高轉(zhuǎn)低、干政規(guī)模由大變小、干政態(tài)度由被動(dòng)變主動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)。由于目前國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)菲律賓軍人政治的研究較少,此研究成果可以起到一定的補(bǔ)充作用。
[Abstract]:In order to gain a deeper understanding of the role played by military personnel in the historical development of the Philippines, and how military personnel influence politics, and so on, based on the existing research results at home and abroad, Taking the role of Filipino servicemen as the starting point and the historical facts of the Philippines as the basis, and through the methods of literature analysis and historical analysis, the legal and realistic roles of Filipino servicemen are analyzed. The reasons why soldiers deviate from their legal roles and the characteristics of military interference in politics are deeply studied. Finally, it is concluded that the political roles of Philippine military personnel are the most prominent in the period of military control and law, the two revolutions and the frequent mutiny period. In these three periods, the military personnel play the role of participants and implementers of the joint military and government model, respectively. The role of the agents of regime change and the influence of political stability; the military's interference in politics is influenced by its own political consciousness, the complex domestic environment and the American factors; and the military's political intervention shows a low political goal. The level of interventionism has changed from high to low, the scale of interventionism has changed from large to small, and the attitude of interventionism has changed from passive to active. Due to the lack of domestic academic research on Philippine military politics, this research result can play a supplementary role.
