【摘要】：日本在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)最早可以追溯到明治初年。日俄戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)結(jié)束后,日本各地幾乎都成立了在鄉(xiāng)軍人組織。為了更好的管理統(tǒng)轄退伍軍人,減少社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩,在田中義一等人的主導(dǎo)下,于1910年組織各地的“在鄉(xiāng)軍人團(tuán)”成立了在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)。在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)成立后,其組織日益強(qiáng)化。為適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,在鄉(xiāng)軍人的定義不斷擴(kuò)展,在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)的規(guī)模也隨之?dāng)U大。同時(shí),上級(jí)組織對(duì)于下級(jí)組織的管理也不斷加強(qiáng)。隨著組織工作的不斷開(kāi)展,在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)也不斷細(xì)化。九一八事變發(fā)生后,在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)日益發(fā)揮出其組織的重要作用。在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)在日本各地制造輿論,鼓動(dòng)民眾捐款制造飛機(jī)以及武器和其他軍事物資。為適應(yīng)陸軍方面的需要,在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)還展開(kāi)國(guó)防思想普及運(yùn)動(dòng),用各種方式宣傳國(guó)防思想。同時(shí),在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)還參與到了對(duì)青年的訓(xùn)練工作當(dāng)中,并在日后成立的青年訓(xùn)練所當(dāng)中擔(dān)任教職。在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向法西斯化,在國(guó)體明征運(yùn)動(dòng)中,在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)抨擊美濃部達(dá)吉的天皇機(jī)關(guān)說(shuō)思想,并在日本各地制造輿論,給政府施加壓力。二二六事件過(guò)后,在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)本部軍人會(huì)館成為鎮(zhèn)壓軍的戒嚴(yán)司令部,處于核心的位置。由于少數(shù)在鄉(xiāng)軍人參與到了二二六事件當(dāng)中,陸軍方面進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了對(duì)在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)的控制,以敕令的形式公布《在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)令》,使在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)成為敕令團(tuán)體。中日兩國(guó)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)全面爆發(fā)之后,大量在鄉(xiāng)軍人被召集入伍,前往中國(guó)戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施侵略活動(dòng)。到1945年日本戰(zhàn)敗投降,在鄉(xiāng)軍人會(huì)也宣布解散,其組織的活動(dòng)也就此停止。
[Abstract]:Japanese soldiers in the countryside can be traced back to the early Meiji years. After the end of the Japanese-Russian War, almost all parts of Japan set up in the township military organizations. In order to better manage and control the veterans and reduce social unrest, under the leadership of Tanaka and others, in 1910, organized around the "soldiers in the village" set up in the township army. After the establishment of the Rural Army Association, its organization was strengthened day by day. In order to meet the needs of social development, the definition of soldiers in the township has been expanded, and the scale of the army council has also expanded. At the same time, the management of higher-level organizations over lower-level organizations is also constantly strengthened. With the continuous development of the organization, the organizational structure of the Rural military Association has been refined. After the September 18 incident, soldiers in the township have increasingly played an important role in their organization. In the communes, they create public opinion across Japan, encouraging people to donate money to build aircraft and weapons and other military supplies. In order to meet the needs of the army, the army also launched a campaign to popularize the national defense ideology and propagate the idea of national defense in various ways. At the same time, they also participated in the training of young people and held teaching positions in later youth training institutes. During the Ming Dynasty Movement, the soldiers attacked the imperial organs of the United States Ministry of Justice for thinking, and created public opinion in various parts of Japan to exert pressure on the government. After the 2006 incident, it became the repressive army's martial law headquarters in the village army headquarters. As a small number of soldiers in the township took part in the 2006 incident, the army further strengthened its control over the soldiers' associations in the communes. The decree was issued in the form of a royal decree, making it a royal order group. After the full outbreak of the war between China and Japan, a large number of soldiers in rural areas were called into the armed forces to carry out aggressive activities on the battlefield in China. By 1945, Japan had been defeated and surrendered, and the troops in the communes had been disbanded, and its activities had ceased.
