【摘要】： 德國(guó)綠黨自20世紀(jì)80年代成立后迅速崛起，從抗議黨發(fā)展成了執(zhí)政黨。德國(guó)綠黨的崛起有著深刻的原因，那就是戰(zhàn)后德國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)使得德國(guó)社會(huì)進(jìn)入了后工業(yè)社會(huì)，德國(guó)綠黨是后工業(yè)社會(huì)矛盾沖突的產(chǎn)物。后工業(yè)社會(huì)的到來(lái)，引起德國(guó)社會(huì)一系列的變化：中產(chǎn)階級(jí)隊(duì)伍壯大，人們的價(jià)值取向發(fā)生了向后物質(zhì)主義的轉(zhuǎn)變，并進(jìn)而興起了廣泛的新社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)。正是這些變化促成了德國(guó)綠黨的崛起：中產(chǎn)階級(jí)成為德國(guó)綠黨崛起的階級(jí)基礎(chǔ)，，后物質(zhì)主義價(jià)值觀成為德國(guó)綠黨崛起的價(jià)值觀基礎(chǔ)，而新社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的興起則成為了德國(guó)綠黨崛起的現(xiàn)實(shí)因素。德國(guó)綠黨的崛起給德國(guó)的政治帶來(lái)極大影響：首先，改變了德國(guó)原有的政黨格局；其次，促使傳統(tǒng)政黨紛紛“綠化”；再次，影響到國(guó)家政策的制定。
[Abstract]:The Green Party of Germany has risen rapidly since its establishment in the 1980 s, from protesting party to ruling party. The rise of the Green Party of Germany has a profound reason, that is, the rapid development of German economy and the upgrading of industrial structure after the war made the German society enter the post-industrial society, and the Green Party of Germany is the product of the contradiction and conflict of the post-industrial society. The arrival of post-industrial society led to a series of changes in German society: the growth of the middle class, the transformation of people's value orientation to post-materialism, and the rise of a wide range of new social movements. It was these changes that contributed to the rise of the Green Party in Germany: the middle class became the class basis for the rise of the Green Party in Germany, and the post-materialistic values became the basis for the rise of the Green Party in Germany. The rise of the new social movement has become a realistic factor in the rise of the Green Party in Germany. The rise of the German Green Party has great influence on German politics: firstly, it has changed the original political party pattern in Germany; secondly, it has promoted the traditional political parties to "greening" one after another; thirdly, it has influenced the formulation of national policies.
