短期冥想訓(xùn)練研究進(jìn)展、問(wèn)題及展望

【摘要】:目前,越來(lái)越多的人參與到冥想練習(xí)之中。短期冥想訓(xùn)練效果如何,也得到了研究者們的關(guān)注。通過(guò)整理近十年短期冥想訓(xùn)練(訓(xùn)練時(shí)間短于八周)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)短期冥想訓(xùn)練的主要效果包括:提升冥想水平,改善情緒狀態(tài),加強(qiáng)認(rèn)知功能,增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)造力,減少成癮行為,提高疼痛耐受,調(diào)節(jié)自主神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),減少皮質(zhì)醇釋放,增加分泌性免疫球蛋白A,改變腦電活動(dòng),甚至改變大腦白質(zhì)的神經(jīng)可塑性。未來(lái)需要把握不同時(shí)程冥想訓(xùn)練的特點(diǎn),借鑒有益因素,完善訓(xùn)練方案;提高參與者動(dòng)機(jī),降低脫落率;并且建立行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)者資質(zhì)審核;建立冥想評(píng)定指標(biāo)等,以便更多的參與者從中受益。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more people participate in meditation practice. The effect of short-term meditation training has also attracted researchers' attention. The main effects of short-term meditation training, including improving meditation level, improving emotional state, enhancing cognitive function, enhancing creativity, and reducing addictive behavior, were found in the recent ten years of short-term meditation training (shorter than eight weeks). It can improve pain tolerance, regulate autonomic nervous system, reduce cortisol release, increase secretory immunoglobulin A, change brain electrical activity, and even change the neural plasticity of the white matter of the brain. In the future, we need to grasp the characteristics of different time course meditation training, learn from beneficial factors, improve the training program; improve the motivation of participants, reduce the drop rate; and establish industry standards, strengthen the instructor qualification audit; establish meditation evaluation indicators, etc. So that more participants can benefit from it.
