【摘要】：東漢末年至隋初的北方地區(qū)除在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)處于統(tǒng)一狀態(tài)外,這一時(shí)期各政權(quán)更替頻繁,社會(huì)處在分裂、動(dòng)蕩與戰(zhàn)亂之中。此外,由于北方少數(shù)民族紛紛內(nèi)遷,引發(fā)這一時(shí)期的人口在較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間內(nèi)呈大規(guī)模流動(dòng)狀態(tài)。與此同時(shí),就生態(tài)環(huán)境而言,由于森林等植被較前代受到較為明顯的破壞,人口相對(duì)集中的關(guān)中及中原地區(qū)民眾的生活環(huán)境有所惡化。特別是這一時(shí)期的氣候出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的異�，F(xiàn)象,北方地區(qū)在較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間內(nèi)處于寒冷與高濕之中。就是在這樣的社會(huì)及生態(tài)背景之下,北方地區(qū)頻繁暴發(fā)大規(guī)模疫情,中國(guó)古代社會(huì)進(jìn)入第一次疫情高峰期。殘酷的疫情導(dǎo)致大量人口死亡,并對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)政治局勢(shì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)及軍事行動(dòng)等多個(gè)層面都產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的沖擊與深刻的影響。但頻繁的疫情也為疫病的防治帶來(lái)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),這一時(shí)期也因此積累了較為豐富的疫病防治經(jīng)驗(yàn),并推動(dòng)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)現(xiàn)重大發(fā)展。面對(duì)殘酷的疫情,官府及民間組織都參與了災(zāi)后的救助活動(dòng),并發(fā)揮了不同程度的作用。
[Abstract]:The northern region of the Eastern Han Dynasty to the beginning of Sui Dynasty was in a unified state in a relatively short period of time. In this period, the political power changed frequently, the society was divided, turbulence and war. In addition, the northern minorities moved in one after another. At the same time, as far as the ecological environment is concerned, the vegetation such as forest has been destroyed more obviously than the previous generation. The living environment of the people in Guanzhong and Central Plains, where the population is relatively concentrated, has deteriorated, especially the serious abnormal phenomenon of climate in this period. The northern region is in the cold and high humidity for a long time. It is under such social and ecological background that the northern region frequently breaks out large-scale outbreaks. Ancient Chinese society entered the first epidemic peak. The brutal epidemic caused a large number of people to die, and the social and political situation at that time. Economic production and military operations have had a serious impact and profound impact, but frequent outbreaks also bring experience and lessons for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases. This period also accumulated a wealth of experience in the prevention and treatment of epidemic disease, and promote the realization of major development of traditional medicine in China. Facing the cruel epidemic situation, the government and non-governmental organizations have participated in the relief activities after the disaster. And played a role in varying degrees.
