秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期家族、宗族關(guān)系研究

【摘要】: 家族、宗族關(guān)系是中國(guó)古代社會(huì)基本的社會(huì)關(guān)系之一。探明秦漢魏晉南北 朝時(shí)期家族、宗族與社會(huì)生活的關(guān)系,既有助于中國(guó)家族、宗族制度史的總體 研究,也有助于拓寬和加深秦漢魏晉南北朝斷代史研究的廣度和深度。本文在 前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用大量的傳世歷史文獻(xiàn)和出土文書、碑刻等實(shí)證資料, 采取綜合研究和個(gè)案研究、定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,主要從家庭結(jié) 構(gòu)、居住關(guān)系、家族關(guān)系與社會(huì)生活、宗族關(guān)系與社會(huì)生活以及家族、宗族關(guān) 系對(duì)社會(huì)的影響五個(gè)方面對(duì)秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期的家族、宗族關(guān)系的基本狀況 作了較為全面、客觀、深入、系統(tǒng)的研究。正文共分五章: 第一章秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期家庭結(jié)構(gòu) 本章為家族、宗族關(guān)系研究的邏輯起點(diǎn)。本章從出土文書資料、歷史文獻(xiàn) 中同居的典型事例以及全國(guó)戶口統(tǒng)計(jì)資料入手,對(duì)這一時(shí)期的家庭結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了 考察。最后得出結(jié)論:五口之家的核心小家庭是這段時(shí)期內(nèi)家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的主體形 式,同居共財(cái)?shù)闹鞲杉彝ズ吐?lián)合家庭在社會(huì)實(shí)際生活中很少見。經(jīng)推算,一般 意義上的大家庭在實(shí)際生活中最多只有百分之十左右,百口之家最多不過百分 之一二,至于數(shù)百口之家或四、五世同居之家更為鳳毛麟角。 第二章鄉(xiāng)里社區(qū)內(nèi)家族、宗族聚居與異姓雜居 本章為家族、宗族關(guān)系研究的前提。通過對(duì)鄉(xiāng)里社區(qū)內(nèi)各家各姓的財(cái)產(chǎn)分 析繼承、家族宗族繁衍趨勢(shì)的分析,輔以散見于歷史文獻(xiàn)中的鄉(xiāng)里姓氏分布和 碑刻、出土文書中的戶籍資料等實(shí)證論據(jù),得出結(jié)論:秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期鄉(xiāng) 里社區(qū)內(nèi)的居住形式通常為家族、宗族成員相對(duì)集中居住與異姓雜居同時(shí)并 存,兩者互不排斥。其中,文章又對(duì)“聚族而居”與家族、宗族聚居進(jìn)行了辨 析,認(rèn)為這一時(shí)期真正的“聚族而居”很罕見。 第三章秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期家族關(guān)系與社會(huì)生活 本章首先從禮制和律令的角度對(duì)家族制度進(jìn)行了分析。禮制對(duì)家族制度的 規(guī)定體現(xiàn)在社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面,主要包括對(duì)婚姻、生日壽辰、繼承、喪葬、 祭祀等活動(dòng)的具體規(guī)定:律令對(duì)家族制度的規(guī)定包括對(duì)家族內(nèi)部關(guān)系的維護(hù)、 家族連坐之法和恩蔭制度的規(guī)定。家族關(guān)系在法律上表現(xiàn)為禍福相及。家族成 論文摘要 員的日;顒(dòng)就是在禮和律的雙重制約下進(jìn)行著。通過對(duì)文獻(xiàn)記載中所見大量 具體事例的分析歸納,認(rèn)為這一時(shí)期家族成員在社會(huì)生活方面的互動(dòng)主要表現(xiàn) 為:經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中的養(yǎng)老、侍寡、撫孤、濟(jì)貧、讓財(cái)、散財(cái),政治生活中的提攜 幫助、任命家族中人任軍政要職、恩蔭親屬、政治赦者,以及文化教育方面的 教授和勸勉近親子弟等。由此得出基本結(jié)論:秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期的家族活動(dòng) 基本上都是在家族觀念的支配下進(jìn)行著,反映出當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)上多數(shù)人的家族觀念 較為濃厚,但家族觀念較為淡漠的情況也存在。 第四章秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期宗族關(guān)系與社會(huì)生活 本章首先闡述了宗族關(guān)系的社會(huì)功能。與家族關(guān)系相比照,宗族關(guān)系在社 會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化生活中的功能體現(xiàn)得并不明顯,宗族成員間在社會(huì)生活方 面的聯(lián)系遠(yuǎn)不及家族關(guān)系密切。由此得出結(jié)論:在當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)上,宗族觀念表現(xiàn) 為一般不濃厚,宗族成員之間的關(guān)系普遍較為淡薄,甚至視同路人。 在這一章我們又對(duì)宗族觀念的更高一層體現(xiàn)——宗族組織進(jìn)行了考察。 通過對(duì)這一時(shí)期宗族組織外顯形式的存在情況的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)這一時(shí)期宗族合族 進(jìn)行祭把的活動(dòng)很罕見,修譜重大宗族活動(dòng)雖有,但多限于士族。宗族公有財(cái) 產(chǎn)尚未見,制約宗族行為關(guān)系的族法宗規(guī)也未制定,宋以后發(fā)展起來的飼堂、 族產(chǎn)、族規(guī)等標(biāo)志宗族組織的主要特征皆不具備。因此得出結(jié)論:這一時(shí)期宗 族組織制度還未普遍建立,,宗族組織仍很少見或者說組織不嚴(yán)密。而戰(zhàn)亂時(shí)期 的宗族活動(dòng)則呈現(xiàn)出了與相對(duì)和平時(shí)期截然不同的組織特征。戰(zhàn)亂時(shí)期,人們 的宗族觀念顯得較為濃厚,宗族關(guān)系也較和平時(shí)期顯得密切而重要。 第五章秦漢魏晉南北朝時(shí)期家族、宗族關(guān)系對(duì)社會(huì)的影響 本章探討了家族、宗族關(guān)系與外部社會(huì)的關(guān)系。研究表明:家族、宗族關(guān) 系對(duì)社會(huì)的影響廣泛而深遠(yuǎn),涉及政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化等諸多方面,具有兩面 性。 附論部分對(duì)士族、庶族與家族、宗族的關(guān)系和家族、宗族與所謂的“莊園 制”的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了辨析。
[Abstract]:Family and clan relations are one of the basic social relations in ancient China.
The relationship between clan, clan and social life in the early dynasties helped both the Chinese family and the history of clan system.
