【摘要】：民國時期的土匪是中國近代社會變遷所造成的畸形產物,土匪的大量滋生加劇了社會危機,洪澤湖地區(qū)是一個長期受到土匪毒害的傳統(tǒng)“匪患區(qū)”,洪澤湖土匪活動可謂古已有之,于清末民國時期為烈。民國時期,自然災害連年暴發(fā),加上軍閥混戰(zhàn),社會動蕩不安,大批人民背井離鄉(xiāng),在這種情況下,一部分人以遼闊的洪澤湖沿湖灘涂上一望無際的蘆葦地為天然屏障,走上了拉幫結社、打家劫舍的土匪生活。民國時期洪澤湖歷屆政府采取了剿撫兼施的措施來治理土匪,但都未能從根本上消除匪患。此后在中國共產黨的領導下,采取靈活多變的策略,通過收編改造、武力剿滅、軍事打擊和政治瓦解相結合的戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術,基本上解決了洪澤湖周邊的匪患問題,新中國成立后鏟除了滋生土匪的社會基礎,徹底解決了危害多年的匪患問題。本文重點介紹了民國時期洪澤湖土匪產生、發(fā)展、演變和消亡的歷史,對土匪分布概況、滋生原因、行為特征作了初步分析。本文分緒論、正文、結語三部分。正文共四章。第一章主要介紹了了洪澤湖地區(qū)土匪的概況,簡單勾勒出土匪的分布情況。第二章主要分析了民國時期洪澤湖土匪的成因,包括自然環(huán)境、人文環(huán)境、鄉(xiāng)村危機和政治危機。第三章論述洪澤湖地區(qū)土匪的行為特征,包括土匪的個性特征及類別、生存手段及危害、組織結構與規(guī)條、日常生活與習俗。第四章主要介紹了民國時期歷屆政府對洪澤湖地區(qū)土匪的治理措施和中國共產黨對該地區(qū)土匪的肅清。
[Abstract]:The bandits in the period of the Republic of China were the malformed products of the social changes in modern China. The proliferation of bandits aggravated the social crisis. Hongze Lake area was a traditional "bandits affected area" which had been poisoned by bandits for a long time.Hongze Lake banditry can be described as ancient times, in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China was strong.During the period of the Republic of China, natural disasters broke out year after year, together with warlords fighting, social unrest, and a large number of people were displaced from their homes. Under such circumstances, some people took the vast expanse of Reed land along the lake beach as a natural barrier.Went to the gang association, home robber life of bandits.In the period of the Republic of China, successive governments of Hongze Lake adopted measures to control bandits.Since then, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, it has basically solved the problem of banditry around Hongze Lake by adopting a flexible and changeable strategy, combining the strategy and tactics of readjustment and reform, eliminating by force, and combining military strikes with political disintegration.After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it eradicated the social foundation of bandit breeding and solved the banditry problem which had been harmful for many years.This paper mainly introduces the history of the emergence, development, evolution and extinction of bandits in Hongze Lake during the period of the Republic of China, and makes a preliminary analysis of the distribution of bandits, the causes of their breeding and the characteristics of their behavior.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion.The text consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the general situation of bandits in Hongze Lake area and outlines the distribution of bandits.The second chapter mainly analyzes the causes of Hongze Lake bandits in the Republic of China, including natural environment, humanistic environment, rural crisis and political crisis.The third chapter discusses the behavior characteristics of bandits in Hongze Lake area, including the characteristics and types of bandits, means of survival and harm, organizational structure and rules, daily life and customs.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the measures taken by successive governments in the Republic of China to control the bandits in Hongze Lake and the elimination of bandits by the Communist Party of China.
