【摘要】：奏折是清代獨(dú)有的上行官方文書(shū),始于順治、康熙年間。雍正即位后,極力推行使用奏折,逐步將奏折規(guī)范化、制度化,到乾隆時(shí)期,奏折從上折、旨意回傳、回繳、副本、結(jié)檔保管等多方面形成了完整的體系。奏折也就成了清代使用最多的上行文書(shū),逐漸代替清初承襲明代的題奏本章制度,清代奏折檔案大量保存下來(lái),成為古代檔案的一顆明珠。諭旨自春秋之世始行于世,漢到唐宋基本無(wú)使用,至元明逐漸盛行,及清代則成為重要的皇命文書(shū)。本文以清代雍正朝為時(shí)間界限,寧夏為地域界限,整理和研究雍正朝與寧夏有關(guān)的滿漢文朱批奏折與雍正漢文諭旨共745條,請(qǐng)安、祝賀、面圣、懲治貪腐、征戰(zhàn)、水利屯田、駐防、教育、民族問(wèn)題、營(yíng)伍建設(shè)、社會(huì)救助、地方民情等內(nèi)容包羅萬(wàn)象,以此為基礎(chǔ)研究雍正時(shí)期寧夏地區(qū)的社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、駐防、征戰(zhàn)、官員選拔、進(jìn)折人員等方面的面貌,并理清奏折作為清代最重要的官方文書(shū)其內(nèi)在體式與撰寫(xiě)技巧。
[Abstract]:It is a unique uplink official document in Qing Dynasty, which began in Shunzhi and Kangxi years. After Yongzheng's accession to the throne, he tried his best to use the passbook, and gradually standardized and institutionalized it. To the Qianlong period, it formed a complete system in many aspects, such as fold up, will return, copy, file and so on. It became the most used uplink document in the Qing Dynasty, and gradually replaced the title of this chapter system of the Ming Dynasty inherited from the early Qing Dynasty, and kept a large number of records in the Qing Dynasty, and became a pearl of the ancient archives. The oracle began in the world from the Spring and Autumn period, the Han Dynasty to the Tang and Song dynasties, the Yuan and Ming dynasties gradually prevailing, and the Qing Dynasty became an important imperial document. Taking the Yongzheng Dynasty in the Qing Dynasty as the time limit and Ningxia as the regional limit, this paper arranges and studies 745 official orders of the Yongzheng Dynasty related to the Manchu Han Dynasty and Ningxia, offering greetings, congratulations, holy faces, punishing corruption, conquest, and water conservancy, The contents of garrison, education, ethnic problems, camp building, social assistance, local people's feelings and so on are all inclusive. Based on this, we will study the social politics, economy, culture, garrison, conquest, and selection of officials in Ningxia during the Yongzheng period. As the most important official document of the Qing Dynasty, it's internal style and writing skill.
