國(guó)家崛起、使命意識(shí)與時(shí)代呼召

【摘要】："國(guó)家崛起"是近現(xiàn)代以來(lái)諸多國(guó)家都在追求的目標(biāo)。而學(xué)界對(duì)于國(guó)家如何才能崛起的探討焦點(diǎn)也隨著知識(shí)背景的變化而有所變化。在解釋學(xué)、建構(gòu)主義以及復(fù)雜性科學(xué)發(fā)展影響下,這一研究如今似更加突出對(duì)于文化性、主體性和建構(gòu)性要素的關(guān)注,并由此構(gòu)成這一研究的新前沿。從歷史實(shí)踐的角度來(lái)看,強(qiáng)烈的國(guó)家使命意識(shí)既是國(guó)家崛起背后強(qiáng)大的推動(dòng)力量,有時(shí)也可能將國(guó)家推入衰敗、毀滅的深淵。這種結(jié)果上的強(qiáng)烈反差在很大程度上與國(guó)家對(duì)于時(shí)代呼召的認(rèn)識(shí)、把握以及據(jù)此制定的崛起方略有關(guān)。正是國(guó)家在這方面持有的特定理解和方略,與時(shí)代呼召提出的要求間發(fā)生的碰撞互動(dòng),在大趨勢(shì)上決定了國(guó)家發(fā)展的命運(yùn)。如何體悟時(shí)代的要求,正確回應(yīng)時(shí)代呼召,把握國(guó)家崛起背后的隱秘邏輯,調(diào)整好自己的崛起戰(zhàn)略取向,是每一個(gè)謀求崛起的國(guó)家在理論與實(shí)踐上都需直面的大課題。
[Abstract]:National rise is a goal pursued by many countries in modern times. However, the academic focus on how a country can rise has changed with the change of knowledge background. Influenced by the development of hermeneutics, constructivism and complexity science, this study seems to pay more attention to cultural, subjective and constructive elements, and thus constitutes the new frontier of this study. From the perspective of historical practice, a strong sense of national mission is not only a powerful driving force behind the rise of a country, but also may sometimes push the country into the abyss of decay and destruction. To a great extent, the strong contrast of the result is related to the understanding, grasp and the strategy of rising of the country to the call of the times. It is the specific understanding and strategy held by the state in this respect and the collision and interaction between the demand of the times and the call of the times determine the fate of the country's development in the general trend. How to understand the requirements of the times, correctly respond to the call of the times, grasp the hidden logic behind the rise of a country, and adjust its own strategic orientation of the rise is a major issue that every country seeking for its rise needs to face directly in theory and practice.
