【摘要】：基于服務(wù)當(dāng)前社會(huì)主義行政倫理建設(shè)的需要,我們?cè)诜e極學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外相關(guān)先進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)理論和實(shí)踐成果之時(shí),解讀本國(guó)傳統(tǒng)行政倫理文明則成為一個(gè)更富有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的選題。中華民族創(chuàng)造了燦爛的華夏歷史文明,其文明成果之中蘊(yùn)含了豐富的傳統(tǒng)行政倫理文明信息,對(duì)這些傳統(tǒng)行政倫理文明信息的不同學(xué)派進(jìn)行有選擇性的比較研究,則是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)行政倫理文明深入解讀的一種功效性很強(qiáng)的認(rèn)知途徑。本文的寫作內(nèi)容是對(duì)中華民族傳統(tǒng)行政倫理文明之儒家和墨家行政倫理思想的一種基于前人成果之上的研讀、把握比較,寫作的意圖是“源于史,鑒于今”,寫作的前提是堅(jiān)持現(xiàn)階段我們行政倫理建設(shè)和意識(shí)形態(tài)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想,方法論指導(dǎo)是堅(jiān)持辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義相結(jié)合。 本文大致分為五個(gè)部分,主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一部分,介紹了本文選題的緣起和研究意義,就本文寫作的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義進(jìn)行了闡述,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)研究的方法、目的及文本中出現(xiàn)的相關(guān)概念的厘定進(jìn)行了介紹。 第二部分,從儒、墨行政倫理思想各自產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)背景著手,對(duì)儒、墨行政倫理思想產(chǎn)生的階級(jí)基礎(chǔ)和思想淵源進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析、比較闡述。 第三部分,對(duì)儒、墨行政倫理思想中所蘊(yùn)含的儒墨行政倫理觀、儒墨行政倫理思想規(guī)范體系、儒墨行政倫理思想特征三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較分析研究。 第四部分,從積極和消極兩方面對(duì)儒、墨行政倫理思想的歷史意義進(jìn)行比較研究。 第五部分,就儒、墨行政倫理思想對(duì)我們當(dāng)前行政倫理建設(shè)的啟示及比較進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:In order to serve the needs of the current socialist administrative ethics construction, when we are actively studying the relevant advanced academic theories and practical achievements of foreign countries, it becomes a more realistic topic to interpret the traditional administrative ethics civilization of our country. The Chinese nation has created brilliant Chinese historical civilization, and the achievements of its civilization contain abundant information of traditional administrative ethics civilization. The different schools of information of these traditional administrative ethics civilization have carried on the selective comparative research to these traditional administrative ethics civilization information. It is a powerful cognitive approach to the traditional administrative ethics civilization. The writing content of this article is to study the Confucian and Mohist administrative ethics thought of the traditional administrative ethics civilization of the Chinese nation, which is based on the achievements of the predecessors. The intention of the writing is "from the history, in view of the present". The premise of writing is to adhere to the guiding ideology of our administrative ethics construction and ideological development at the present stage, and the methodology guidance is to adhere to the combination of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. This paper is divided into five parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part introduces the origin and research significance of this topic, and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of this paper. On this basis, the research method, purpose and the definition of related concepts in the text are introduced. The second part, starting from the social background of Confucian and Mohist administrative ethics thoughts, makes a systematic analysis of the class basis and ideological origin of Confucian and Mexican administrative ethics thoughts. In the third part, the author makes a comparative analysis of the Confucian and Mohist administrative ethics ideas contained in the Confucian and Mohist administrative ethics ideas, the Confucian and Mohist administrative ethics norms system, and the characteristics of Confucianism and Mohist administrative ethics thoughts. The fourth part makes a comparative study on the historical significance of Confucian and Mohist administrative ethics from both positive and negative aspects. The fifth part studies the enlightenment and comparison of Confucian and Mohist administrative ethics to our current administrative ethics construction.
