【摘要】：為什么有些國家能夠長期發(fā)展并最終實現(xiàn)國家富裕,而有些國家卻始終陷入"發(fā)展—衰退"的陷阱?這是長期困擾經(jīng)濟和社會學(xué)家、政治學(xué)家的問題。已有的研究從經(jīng)濟制度、社會組織、政治制度等各個角度進行了探索。然而,現(xiàn)有研究大都試圖在某些具體的要素與國家發(fā)展之間建立聯(lián)系,而忽略了國家發(fā)展本身的狀態(tài)。文章認(rèn)為,社會演化中存在著明顯的穩(wěn)定、不穩(wěn)定與臨界穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)和演化機制。并且這一機制本身與形式上的國家制度無關(guān)。只有在一定社會邊界條件實現(xiàn)的情況下,內(nèi)生性地形成自我強化和穩(wěn)定的社會狀態(tài),并進入到能夠推動持續(xù)發(fā)展的自穩(wěn)定演化路徑中,這一社會才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)持續(xù)的國家富裕和社會穩(wěn)定。而對于不發(fā)達國家而言,由于無法進入到自穩(wěn)定路徑中,即便在臨界穩(wěn)定條件下實現(xiàn)了短期內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,一旦臨界條件變化,社會就會回到不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)并導(dǎo)致大范圍的衰退。因此,國家真正富裕和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵是形成自穩(wěn)定的社會狀態(tài)并進入到不可逆的自穩(wěn)定發(fā)展路徑中去。
[Abstract]:Why are some countries able to grow over the long term and eventually achieve national prosperity while others remain trapped in the "development-recession" trap? This has long been a problem for economic and social scientists and political scientists. The existing research has carried on the exploration from the economic system, the social organization, the political system and so on each angle. However, most of the existing studies attempt to establish a link between some specific elements and national development, while ignoring the state of national development itself. This paper holds that there are obvious stable, unstable and critical stable states and evolution mechanisms in social evolution. And the mechanism itself has nothing to do with the formal state system. Only when certain social boundary conditions are realized, the self-reinforcing and stable social state is formed endogenously, and the self-stable evolution path that can promote sustainable development is entered. Only in this society can we achieve sustained national prosperity and social stability. But for the underdeveloped countries, because they can not enter the self-stable path, even if the short-term economic development is realized under the critical stable condition, once the critical condition changes, the society will return to the unstable state and lead to a large-scale recession. Therefore, the key to a country's real prosperity and development is to form a self-stable social state and enter the irreversible path of self-stable development.
