【摘要】：斯托揚(yáng)諾維奇是較早探討社會(huì)主義國(guó)家問題的理論家。他認(rèn)為,在社會(huì)主義體制建立初期,國(guó)家的存在是必要的,但按照馬克思和恩格斯的構(gòu)想,社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐應(yīng)當(dāng)創(chuàng)造條件使國(guó)家逐步走向弱化,充分發(fā)揮人的創(chuàng)造性和自主管理社會(huì)的能力,并為未來共產(chǎn)主義條件下的國(guó)家消亡創(chuàng)造條件。而蘇聯(lián)和東歐現(xiàn)存社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐沒有體現(xiàn)馬克思、恩格斯關(guān)于社會(huì)主義和共產(chǎn)主義本質(zhì)規(guī)定性的理解,忽視了人的自由和全面發(fā)展,過分強(qiáng)化國(guó)家官僚機(jī)制,導(dǎo)致了政治異化,斯托揚(yáng)諾維奇把這種現(xiàn)象稱為"國(guó)家主義"。從這樣的分析出發(fā),斯托揚(yáng)諾維奇把民主作為社會(huì)主義改革的核心,把自治作為社會(huì)主義改革的模式,對(duì)國(guó)家主義的政治結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行變革,恢復(fù)社會(huì)主義的人道主義本質(zhì)。斯托揚(yáng)諾維奇基于南斯拉夫的實(shí)踐而對(duì)社會(huì)主義與國(guó)家的關(guān)系問題的反思,對(duì)于保持黨的先進(jìn)性以及黨在中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義歷史進(jìn)程中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位具有積極的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Stoyan Norwich was an early theorist who explored the problems of socialist countries. He held that the existence of the state was necessary in the early stages of the establishment of the socialist system, but according to the ideas of Marx and Engels, socialist practice should create conditions to gradually weaken the state. Give full play to people's creativity and the ability to manage the society independently, and create conditions for the future state to die under the condition of communism. However, the existing socialist practice in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe did not reflect Marx. Engels' understanding of the essential provisions of socialism and communism ignored the free and all-round development of human beings, over-strengthened the state bureaucracy, and led to political alienation. Stoyan Norwich called this phenomenon "nationalism". Based on this analysis, Stoyan Norwich regards democracy as the core of socialist reform and autonomy as the mode of socialist reform, changes the political structure of nationalism and restores the humanitarianism essence of socialism. Stoyan Norwich's reflection on the relationship between socialism and the state based on the practice of Yugoslavia has positive reference significance for maintaining the advanced nature of the Party and the leading position of the Party in the historical process of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
