廢舊輪胎加筋對生物反應(yīng)器填埋場穩(wěn)定的影響

【摘要】:生活垃圾處理成為世界各國面臨的問題,現(xiàn)代衛(wèi)生填埋技術(shù)是目前垃圾處置最重要的方式之一。生物反應(yīng)器垃圾填埋場著眼于從垃圾的生化反應(yīng)中獲得綠色能源,并更有效地利用填埋空間,因而符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念,對其研究和改進(jìn)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。因此,本文首次提出使用捆扎廢舊輪胎在生物反應(yīng)器填埋場中形成垃圾體的“加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)”,以提高垃圾的抗滑坡能力和滲濾液回灌效率;并采用理論分析和數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行了一系列研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)基于廢舊輪胎加筋在生物反應(yīng)器內(nèi)部形成空間加筋網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理念,通過研究滲流和邊坡穩(wěn)定分析時(shí)的相關(guān)理論,建立了雙滲透介質(zhì)模型、固體力學(xué)動量平衡方程和邊坡穩(wěn)定分析相耦合的計(jì)算模型,并制定了使用有限元軟件COMSOL模擬時(shí)的耦合方法。(2)根據(jù)建立的計(jì)算模型,對生物反應(yīng)器填埋場在水平溝槽(Horizontal Trench)中滲濾液的回灌進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明,連續(xù)性滲濾液回灌時(shí)廢舊輪胎加筋填埋場可提高回灌流速,并使?jié)B濾液分布更加均勻,從而促進(jìn)生化反應(yīng);而且,填埋場邊坡穩(wěn)定性分析顯示加筋后邊坡穩(wěn)定性得到明顯改善。(3)考慮到滲濾液間歇式回灌的方式允許采用更高的注射壓強(qiáng)而提高效率,本文對間歇回灌時(shí)廢舊輪胎加筋的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,在滲透效率相近的前提下,輪胎網(wǎng)的存在可以減少水平溝槽的數(shù)量,并且大大改善垃填埋場的邊坡穩(wěn)定性;同時(shí),加筋可進(jìn)一步提高注射壓強(qiáng)。(4)在填埋實(shí)踐中,滲濾液回灌也可采取豎井(Vertical Well)進(jìn)行疏導(dǎo),因此本文對豎井回灌時(shí)廢舊輪胎加筋的效果進(jìn)行了模擬,并研究垃圾的不均勻性和各向異性對滲濾液回灌的影響,以及豎井的構(gòu)型配置。結(jié)果表明,垃圾的不均勻性和各向異性可以加快滲濾液的遷移、提高滲濾液分布的均勻性,采用淺層豎井和深層豎井相結(jié)合的方式為最優(yōu)化的配置方式。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)廢舊輪胎加筋具有很好的應(yīng)用前景,本文的研究成果可以為未來的生物反應(yīng)器填埋場的設(shè)計(jì)提供技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:Disposal of domestic waste has become a problem all over the world, and modern sanitary landfill technology is one of the most important ways to dispose garbage. The bioreactor landfill is focused on obtaining green energy from the biochemistry reaction of the refuse and making more effective use of the landfill space, which is in line with the concept of sustainable development and has important practical significance for its research and improvement. Therefore, in this paper, it is the first time to use strapped waste tires to form a "strengthened network" of garbage in the bioreactor landfill, in order to improve the landslide resistance and leachate recharge efficiency. A series of studies are carried out by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The main contents are as follows: (1) based on the idea of forming a spatial reinforcement network in the bioreactor, By studying the relevant theories of seepage and slope stability analysis, a two-permeable medium model, a momentum equilibrium equation of solid mechanics and a coupled calculation model for slope stability analysis are established. The coupling method using finite element software COMSOL is developed. (2) according to the established calculation model, the landfill leachate recharge in horizontal trench (Horizontal Trench) is simulated numerically. The results show that continuous leachate reinjection can increase the velocity of recharge and make the leachate distribute more evenly, thus promoting biochemical reaction. Moreover, the stability analysis of landfill slope shows that the slope stability is obviously improved after reinforcement. (3) considering that the leachate intermittent recharge method allows for higher injection pressure, the efficiency can be improved. In this paper, the effect of reinforcement on waste tires during intermittent recharge is studied. The results show that the existence of tire mesh can reduce the number of horizontal grooves and greatly improve the slope stability of landfill site. At the same time, reinforcement can further increase the injection pressure. (4) in landfill practice, leachate recharge can also be dredged by shaft (Vertical Well). The effects of inhomogeneity and anisotropy of garbage on leachate recharge and the configuration of shaft were studied. The results show that the heterogeneity and anisotropy of garbage can accelerate the transfer of leachate and improve the uniformity of leachate distribution. In this paper, it is found that the reinforcement of waste tires has a good application prospect, and the research results in this paper can provide a technical reference for the design of bioreactor landfill in the future.
