不動桿菌與假單胞菌對17β-雌二醇的協同降解特性

【摘要】:分別用純培養(yǎng)與模擬培養(yǎng)法考察不動桿菌LM1與假單胞菌LY1組成的復合菌對17β-雌二醇(E2)的協同降解特性.結果表明:當細胞數量比為1時,復合菌對E2的降解率分別為菌株LM1和LY1單獨作用的2.2倍和2.6倍,降解過程中菌株LM1和LY1的細胞數量比趨于1;在28℃,150r/min條件下培養(yǎng)7d后,復合菌對初始質量濃度為1,5,10,20mg/L的E2降解率分別為99.6%,97%,93%,85%;當培養(yǎng)基中氯化鈉添加的質量分數為3.5%時,復合菌對E2的降解率顯著下降(p0.05);在25℃時復合菌對雞糞、豬糞及土壤樣品中E2的降解率分別為對照組的2.7,3.0,2.8倍.即由菌株LM1和LY1組成的復合菌可通過協同作用降解E2.
[Abstract]:The synergistic degradation of 17 尾 -estradiol (E _ 2) by acinetobacter LM1 and Pseudomonas LY1 was investigated by pure culture and simulated culture respectively.
