清香型酒曲制曲機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及其性能研究

【摘要】:在清香型白酒的釀制過程中,酒曲非常重要;制曲機(jī)作為酒曲制作的關(guān)鍵裝備,重要性不言而喻。機(jī)械化制曲具有很多人工制曲無法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn)如勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率高、制曲車間條件好和生產(chǎn)成本低等。但是機(jī)械制曲也存在設(shè)備維修率高、水資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重和液壓回路的壓力脈動(dòng)過大等缺陷,這些缺陷阻礙了各大白酒企業(yè)自動(dòng)化制曲機(jī)的應(yīng)用。因此,本課題首先對汾酒集團(tuán)制曲車間大曲的生產(chǎn)流程做了詳細(xì)的研究,綜合研究國內(nèi)外曲胚塊生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,參與設(shè)計(jì)一套穩(wěn)定、高效、節(jié)水的清香型酒曲制曲機(jī),來滿足市場的緊迫需求。本文首先根據(jù)制曲機(jī)存在缺陷,對制曲機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),然后設(shè)計(jì)伺服液壓回路,對蓄能器吸收脈動(dòng)回路系統(tǒng)和伺服閥控液壓缸系統(tǒng)建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,并推出了清香型酒曲制曲機(jī)在正常工作時(shí),蓄能器壓力脈動(dòng)傳遞函數(shù)和伺服閥控制液壓缸的傳遞函數(shù),應(yīng)用MATLAB/Simulink軟件繪制出在單位階躍信號下的響應(yīng)曲線,并對液壓缸系統(tǒng)的模型進(jìn)行了分析,系統(tǒng)無超調(diào)、穩(wěn)定性好,但是響應(yīng)速度達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)要求,故在系統(tǒng)中引入PID來對其改進(jìn),以保證設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)能達(dá)到生產(chǎn)工藝要求。為了防止制曲機(jī)的踩壓系統(tǒng)和機(jī)架在激振頻率下發(fā)生共振,本文通過ABAQUS軟件確定踩壓系統(tǒng)、機(jī)架的固有頻率和模態(tài)柔度,確保制曲機(jī)在合理的頻率范圍內(nèi)工作。為了檢驗(yàn)建模和校正結(jié)果的正確性,在ADAMS和AMESim軟件中搭建聯(lián)合仿真平臺,并進(jìn)行仿真,仿真結(jié)果表明引入PID控制器和蓄能器對改善液壓系統(tǒng)具有顯著意義。為了進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)備在現(xiàn)場的穩(wěn)定性,在現(xiàn)場搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺,進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用測試,通過Hydrotechnik Multi-System 5060液壓萬用表對液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力流量進(jìn)行了檢測;使用TYPE6230噪聲檢測儀對現(xiàn)場噪聲進(jìn)行檢測;通過速度和位移傳感器對液壓缸的速度和位移進(jìn)行了檢測。根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果的對比,可知清香型酒曲制曲機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)合理,完全能滿足現(xiàn)場工藝要求。
[Abstract]:Liquor is very important in the brewing process of Fen-Flavor Liquor, and its importance is self-evident as the key equipment of Liquor making. Mechanized koji making has many advantages, such as high labor productivity, good working conditions and low production cost. However, mechanical koji has some defects such as high maintenance rate of equipment, serious waste of water resources and excessive pressure pulsation of hydraulic circuit. These defects hinder the application of automatic koji making machines in major liquor enterprises. Therefore, this subject first made a detailed study on the production process of Daqu in Fenjiu Group koji making workshop, comprehensively studied the domestic and foreign koji production equipment, and participated in the design of a stable, efficient, water-saving wine koji making machine. To meet the urgent needs of the market. In this paper, the structure of the machine is designed according to the defects of the machine, and then the servo hydraulic circuit is designed. The mathematical model of the accumulator absorption pulsation loop system and the servo valve controlled hydraulic cylinder system is established. The pressure pulsation transfer function of accumulator and the transfer function of servo valve control hydraulic cylinder are deduced when the wine koji machine works normally, and the response curve under the unit step signal is drawn by using MATLAB/Simulink software, and the pressure pulsation transfer function of the accumulator and the transfer function of the servo valve control hydraulic cylinder are obtained. The model of the hydraulic cylinder system is analyzed. The system has no overshoot and good stability, but the response speed is not up to the design requirement. Therefore, PID is introduced into the system to improve the system to ensure that the key parameters of the equipment can meet the requirements of the production process. In order to prevent the pressure system and the frame of the starter from resonance under the exciting frequency, the paper determines the natural frequency and modal flexibility of the trampling system and the frame by ABAQUS software, so as to ensure that the machine works within a reasonable frequency range. In order to verify the correctness of the modeling and correction results a joint simulation platform was built in ADAMS and AMESim software. The simulation results show that the introduction of PID controller and accumulator is significant to improve the hydraulic system. In order to further test the stability of the designed equipment in the field, an experimental platform was set up, and the application test was carried out. The pressure and flow of the hydraulic system were tested by Hydrotechnik Multi-System 5060 hydraulic multimeter. The TYPE6230 noise detector is used to detect the field noise, and the speed and displacement of the hydraulic cylinder are measured by speed and displacement sensors. According to the comparison between the test results and the simulation results, it can be seen that the design of the wine-making machine is reasonable and can completely meet the requirements of the field technology.
