【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)作為國家戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè),它承擔(dān)著為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個行業(yè)提供技術(shù)裝備的重要職責(zé),其技術(shù)資金密集、吸納就業(yè)能力強(qiáng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度高,關(guān)系國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全和國防安全,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展和增強(qiáng)國家競爭力有著重要的意義的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),是各行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、技術(shù)進(jìn)步的重要保障,在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著主導(dǎo)作用。但是,高能耗的裝備制造企業(yè)引致環(huán)境問題同樣也是制約可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要因之一。傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式片面強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)本身的剛性發(fā)展,相對疏于通過企業(yè)與環(huán)境間的互動來獲取經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此,綜合應(yīng)用低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、企業(yè)演化理論和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)相關(guān)理論,以廣受關(guān)注的裝備制造企業(yè)為研究對象,分析低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化的影響因素,揭示其作用機(jī)制、演化機(jī)理及演化路徑,為切實(shí)指導(dǎo)裝備制造企業(yè)因地制宜的制定低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為實(shí)現(xiàn)裝備制造企業(yè)和環(huán)境的協(xié)同發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒。首先,借鑒工業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)、演化經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、組織行為學(xué)等相關(guān)的理論,對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,詳細(xì)分析在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為的目標(biāo)、特征以及企業(yè)的經(jīng)營理念。系統(tǒng)分析了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下我國裝備制造企業(yè)行為的現(xiàn)狀,并設(shè)計(jì)邏輯框架研究低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化問題。第二,通過構(gòu)建裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化的環(huán)境-競爭力矩陣,詳細(xì)分析了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化的影響因素,并通過實(shí)證研究進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。第三,在構(gòu)建低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化復(fù)雜適應(yīng)性系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從分岔與變異機(jī)制、市場選擇機(jī)制兩個方面對裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析,并描述了在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化的目標(biāo)、特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律。第四,在分析裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化路徑特征的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用SWARM仿真平臺,從企業(yè)成立階段和企業(yè)成長階段兩個角度,對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化過程進(jìn)行仿真模擬,并對不同階段裝備制造企業(yè)行為的演化路徑進(jìn)行描述。第五,針對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化某一時點(diǎn)的演化水平進(jìn)行評價,即對裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化水平進(jìn)行綜合評價,構(gòu)建了裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化水平評價的指標(biāo)體系并進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。最后,根據(jù)上述實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論,提出了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下裝備制造企業(yè)行為演化對策建議,裝備制造企業(yè)低碳行為模式的轉(zhuǎn)變不僅要有政策的支持,更需要企業(yè)主動出擊,積極推行低碳生產(chǎn)方式,加速低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:As a national strategic industry, the equipment manufacturing industry undertakes the important responsibility of providing technical equipment for various industries of the national economy. Its technical capital is intensive, its ability to absorb employment is strong, and the industry is related to the national economic security and national defense security.It is a pillar industry with important significance for the healthy development of national economy and the enhancement of national competitiveness. It is also an important guarantee for the upgrading of industries and technological progress and plays a leading role in the development of our national economy.However, environmental problems caused by high energy consumption equipment manufacturing enterprises are also the key factors restricting sustainable development.The traditional development mode emphasizes the rigid development of the enterprise itself, but it is relatively neglected to obtain economic benefits through the interaction between the enterprise and the environment.Therefore, with the application of low-carbon economy theory, enterprise evolution theory and system science theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution in the context of low-carbon economy.It reveals its action mechanism, evolution mechanism and evolution path, and provides some reference for equipment manufacturing enterprises to make low-carbon economic development strategy according to local conditions, and to realize the coordinated development of equipment manufacturing enterprises and environment.First of all, referring to the theories of industrial ecology, evolutionary economics, organizational behavior and other related theories, this paper defines the related concepts of behavior evolution of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the context of low-carbon economy.This paper analyzes in detail the objectives, characteristics and management concepts of equipment manufacturing enterprises under the background of low carbon economy.This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior in the context of low carbon economy, and designs a logical framework to study the evolution of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior in the context of low carbon economy.Secondly, by constructing the environment-competitiveness matrix of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution, this paper analyzes in detail the influencing factors of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution in the context of low-carbon economy, and makes a detailed analysis through empirical research.Thirdly, on the basis of constructing complex adaptive system of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution under the background of low-carbon economy, this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior from two aspects: bifurcation and variation mechanism, market selection mechanism, and so on.The objectives, characteristics and rules of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution are described in the context of low carbon economy.Fourthly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the evolutionary path of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior, using the SWARM simulation platform, from the two angles of enterprise establishment stage and enterprise growth stage,This paper simulates the evolution process of equipment manufacturing enterprise behavior in the context of low-carbon economy, and describes the evolution path of equipment manufacturing enterprise behavior in different stages.Fifth, the paper evaluates the evolution level of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior at a certain point in the context of low-carbon economy, that is, the comprehensive evaluation of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution level.The evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing enterprises' behavior evolution level is constructed and the empirical analysis is carried out.Finally, according to the above empirical analysis results, combined with the relevant theory, put forward the equipment manufacturing enterprise behavior evolution countermeasures under the low carbon economy background, the equipment manufacturing enterprise low carbon behavior pattern transformation must not only have the policy support.Enterprises need to take the initiative to promote low-carbon production methods and accelerate low-carbon technology innovation.
