農(nóng)業(yè)信息在幫助農(nóng)民做出合理決策方面起著至關(guān)重要的作用,信息和通信技術(shù)在提高農(nóng)業(yè)信息質(zhì)量和知識(shí)傳播方面的潛力也已被人們廣泛接受。在過(guò)去的幾十年間,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已經(jīng)能夠通過(guò)引入數(shù)字化信息服務(wù)來(lái)改變農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。然而,信息和通信技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)方面的成功應(yīng)用在發(fā)展中國(guó)家仍然受到經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化等諸多因素的阻礙和影響。同時(shí),信息系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,更多了解用戶(hù)特性、信息需求以及他們?cè)讷@取信息方面的行為方式,比了解設(shè)計(jì)特征更為重要。因此,對(duì)信息尋求行為(Information Seeking Behavior,ISB)進(jìn)行深入的理解對(duì)于改革現(xiàn)有農(nóng)業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)抑或創(chuàng)建新的信息系統(tǒng)都非常重要。在過(guò)去幾年間的時(shí)間里,已經(jīng)形成了多種ISB模型,但還沒(méi)有針對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)或農(nóng)民的ISB模型。同時(shí),在農(nóng)業(yè)信息研究中,所使用的概念和方法是非常多樣化的,但大多數(shù)研究并沒(méi)有提出相應(yīng)的理論框架或模型。因此,這些研究結(jié)果是不全面的、不具有結(jié)論性和可比性的�；谶@樣的研究背景,我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有研究存在的核心問(wèn)題就是沒(méi)有適用的理論框架或模型來(lái)研究農(nóng)業(yè)信息尋求行為。為彌補(bǔ)這一知識(shí)差距,本文致力于建立一個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的農(nóng)民信息尋求行為(ISB)的模型。本文...
