【摘要】：我國(guó)森林保護(hù)學(xué)科自20世紀(jì)初萌芽,經(jīng)過(guò)110多年的發(fā)展,特別是20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),學(xué)科發(fā)展取得了令人矚目的成就。在21世紀(jì)的今天,回顧過(guò)去110多年我國(guó)森林保護(hù)學(xué)科的發(fā)展歷程,不僅有助于理清學(xué)科的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)不足,并且對(duì)于把握學(xué)科發(fā)展方向也具有很好的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。對(duì)于中國(guó)森林保護(hù)學(xué)科的發(fā)展歷程,老一輩學(xué)者們積累了豐富的本底資料,但是,尚未有人做過(guò)全面系統(tǒng)的研究,本研究將致力于填補(bǔ)這一空白。本研究通過(guò)書(shū)籍、期刊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、專家訪談等方式,獲取了大量與森林保護(hù)學(xué)科發(fā)展歷程和科學(xué)研究相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)和史料。作者利用歷史與邏輯、定性描述與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)獲得的文獻(xiàn)、史料、訪談材料進(jìn)行了綜合分析。結(jié)合每個(gè)時(shí)期學(xué)科的特點(diǎn),作者把我國(guó)森林保護(hù)學(xué)科的發(fā)展歷程分為萌芽期(1949年以前)、形成期(1950-1976年)、發(fā)展期(1977-1999年)和完善期(2000-今)四個(gè)時(shí)期,并對(duì)每個(gè)時(shí)期學(xué)科的歷史沿革、科學(xué)研究進(jìn)展、教材和專著、重大科技成果、政府部門(mén)頒布的法律政策對(duì)學(xué)科發(fā)展的影響等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述和分析研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)過(guò)110多年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)森林保護(hù)學(xué)科從無(wú)到有,從弱到強(qiáng),發(fā)展過(guò)程一波三折,到今天取得了一系列的成就:學(xué)科定位日益清晰、學(xué)科體系建設(shè)日趨完善、科學(xué)研究成效顯著、創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)建設(shè)初具規(guī)模、國(guó)際合作得到加強(qiáng)等,為國(guó)家和社會(huì)培養(yǎng)了大量的森林保護(hù)專門(mén)人才,產(chǎn)出了一大批與生產(chǎn)實(shí)際緊密結(jié)合的實(shí)用技術(shù),為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、國(guó)土生態(tài)安全以及生態(tài)文明建設(shè)做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。通過(guò)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了學(xué)科發(fā)展的不足之處,提出了促進(jìn)學(xué)科發(fā)展的5條政策建議、5個(gè)發(fā)展方向以及12個(gè)重點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域,對(duì)于我國(guó)森林保護(hù)學(xué)科未來(lái)發(fā)展具有很好的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 20th century, the discipline of forest protection in China has been developing for more than 110 years, especially since the 1990s. In the 21st century, reviewing the course of development of forest protection discipline in the past 110 years is not only helpful to clarify the development of the subject, sum up the experience, find out the insufficiency, but also has a good practical significance to grasp the direction of the discipline development. For the development of forest conservation in China, the older generation of scholars have accumulated rich background information, but no one has done a comprehensive and systematic study, this study will be committed to fill in this gap. Through books, periodicals, networks and expert interviews, this study has obtained a large number of documents and historical materials related to the development of forest conservation disciplines and scientific research. Using the methods of history and logic, qualitative description and quantitative analysis, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the documents, historical materials and interview materials obtained. According to the characteristics of each discipline in each period, the author divides the course of development of the discipline of forest protection into four periods: the budding period (before 1949, the forming period is 1950-1976, the development period is 1977-1999) and the perfect period is from 2000 to present. The historical evolution of each discipline is also discussed. The progress of scientific research, textbooks and monographs, major scientific and technological achievements, and the impact of laws and policies promulgated by government departments on the development of disciplines are elaborated and analyzed in detail. After more than 110 years of development, the subject of forest protection in our country has developed from nothing, from weak to strong, and has made a series of achievements today: the orientation of the subject is becoming clearer and the discipline system construction is becoming more and more perfect. Scientific research has achieved remarkable results, innovation platforms have begun to take shape, international cooperation has been strengthened, a large number of forest protection specialists have been trained for the country and society, and a large number of practical technologies have been produced that are closely integrated with the actual production. For the development of the national economy, land ecological security and ecological civilization has made a major contribution. Through the research, we found the deficiency of the discipline development, and put forward five policy suggestions, five development directions and 12 key research fields to promote the discipline development, which has a good guiding significance for the future development of the subject of forest protection in China.
