【摘要】：2012年,一部《舌尖上的中國》,給中國紀錄片市場投放了一枚“重磅炸彈”,既刺激了中國人的味蕾,也道出了美食背后的人生百味。這部紀錄片的傳播奇跡,是中國紀錄片在困境之中的成功突圍,不僅把新的活力注入了紀錄片的創(chuàng)作理念中,同時也為國產(chǎn)紀錄片發(fā)展提供了一個值得參考的模板。紀錄片是一個國家文化軟實力的重要載體,肩負著傳播國家形象、為公眾提供文化知識的使命,因此,紀錄片的發(fā)展直接關系到國家精神文明建設。本文從傳播學的視角對國產(chǎn)紀錄片《舌尖上的中國》進行個案研究,從傳播動機、傳播時機、傳播主體、傳播內(nèi)容、傳播形式、傳播媒介、傳播受眾幾方面總結(jié)了《舌尖上的中國》成功的原因,并梳理了該片尚存在的不足之處,在此基礎上,提出了從加強傳播主體建設,豐富深化傳播內(nèi)容,拓展文化和商業(yè)雙重傳播渠道,面向國外受眾、開展國際傳播等方面把該片向品牌化、國際化發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:In 2012, a film called China on the tongue dropped a "blockbuster bomb" on the Chinese documentary market, stimulating both the taste buds and the taste of life behind food. The spreading miracle of this documentary is a successful breakthrough of Chinese documentary in its predicament. It not only injects new vitality into the creative idea of documentary, but also provides a valuable reference template for the development of domestic documentary. Documentary is an important carrier of soft power of national culture, which shoulders the mission of spreading national image and providing cultural knowledge to the public. Therefore, the development of documentary is directly related to the construction of national spiritual civilization. From the perspective of communication, this paper makes a case study on the domestic documentary "China on the tip of the tongue" from the perspective of communication, from the perspective of communication motivation, timing, subject, content, form, media, etc. This paper sums up the reasons for the success of "China on the tongue" from several aspects, and combs the shortcomings of the film. On this basis, it puts forward that the construction of the main body of communication should be strengthened to enrich and deepen the content of communication. Expanding the cultural and commercial dual communication channels, facing the foreign audience, developing international communication and other aspects of the film to brand, international development strategy.
