【摘要】：在全球氣候變暖的大背景下,天氣變化對(duì)人們的影響越來越大,電視天氣預(yù)報(bào)得到了方方面面的關(guān)注,是氣象部門防災(zāi)減災(zāi)服務(wù)大眾的重要手段。在發(fā)揮顯著社會(huì)效益的同時(shí),電視天氣預(yù)報(bào)節(jié)目中廣告影響進(jìn)一步增大,氣象影視廣告的經(jīng)營已經(jīng)成為氣象部門支持事業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱之一。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)的應(yīng)用日益廣泛,在越來越多的領(lǐng)域取得了進(jìn)展。由于氣象影視廣告的特殊性,氣象影視廣告的管理相對(duì)落后,還處于較為原始的狀態(tài),在提倡科學(xué)管理的今天,人工的原始管理已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足氣象影視廣告業(yè)務(wù)需求,需要一套設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)、功能全面的氣象廣告信息管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)氣象影視廣告管理的規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化,以此提高氣象影視廣告業(yè)務(wù)的管理水平,以適應(yīng)未來的管理需求。 本文通過分析吉林省氣象影視廣告業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)際,提出了氣象影視廣告信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求和系統(tǒng)模塊設(shè)計(jì),研究分析了所需的數(shù)據(jù)庫及其開發(fā)技術(shù),介紹了氣象影視廣告信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,重點(diǎn)介紹了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)主要模塊設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)進(jìn)行了深入詳實(shí)的剖析。
[Abstract]:In the context of global warming, the impact of weather changes on people is growing, television weather forecast has been paid attention to in all aspects. It is an important means for meteorological departments to provide disaster prevention and mitigation services to the public. While bringing into play significant social benefits, the influence of advertisements in TV weather forecast programs has further increased. The management of meteorological film and television advertisement has become one of the main economic pillars of meteorological department to support the sustainable development of the cause. With the development of computer and network technology, the application of computer is becoming more and more extensive. Because of the particularity of the meteorological film and television advertisement, the management of the meteorological film and television advertisement is relatively backward, and is still in a relatively primitive state. Artificial original management can not meet the needs of meteorological film and television advertising business, need a set of scientific design, comprehensive function of meteorological advertising information management system, to achieve the standardization and scientific management of meteorological film and television advertising. In order to improve the management level of meteorological film and television advertising business, in order to meet the future management needs. Based on the analysis of the actual situation of meteorological film and television advertising in Jilin Province, this paper puts forward the requirement and module design of the information management system for meteorological film and television advertising, and studies and analyzes the needed database and its development technology. This paper introduces the design and implementation process of meteorological video advertisement information management system, emphasizes on the database structure of the system, and analyzes the design and development of the main modules in detail.
