【摘要】：工業(yè)革命改變了整個世界的城市發(fā)展及景觀,同時也改變了人們的生活。然而,隨著社會的進步,新興工業(yè)代替了粗放型工業(yè),后工業(yè)時代逐步來臨。不少工業(yè)建筑遺存在時代的進程中沒有得到很好的處置,導(dǎo)致有些建筑及設(shè)備等遭到了破壞,使得這些寶貴的歷史財富流失。長春,是東北老工業(yè)基地之一,在建國初期興建了大量工業(yè)建筑,不僅為城市帶來了快速發(fā)展,也為國家的復(fù)興作出了巨大的貢獻。長春機車廠作為建國初期修建的蒸汽機車修理工廠,為軌道運輸制造業(yè)做出了巨大的貢獻,如何在新世紀(jì)里好好保護利用這些遺留下的財富,既是對工業(yè)歷史發(fā)展的尊重,也是對城市更新的幫助。在國家及城市發(fā)展新的要求下,以及老工業(yè)“退城入?yún)^(qū)”的大環(huán)境下,長春機車廠建筑遺存如何處理成為一個值得思考的問題。雖然這個老工業(yè)建筑遺存并沒有達到文物建筑所特有的保護高度,但是其轟轟烈烈的發(fā)展史不僅代表了一個歷史時期的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,也代表了一代人的一生,代表了國家機車行業(yè)的興起與輝煌,有著相當(dāng)重要的價值意義,因此,對長春機車廠建筑遺存進行保護及再利用規(guī)劃就十分重要。本文調(diào)查整理長春機車廠的發(fā)展歷史沿革及設(shè)計概況,對機車廠遺存的現(xiàn)狀進行對比分析,確定其重要的價值意義。通過分析研究機車廠遺存中重要的建筑、景觀等片段,結(jié)合城市發(fā)展及地段特點討論其保護模式和再利用方式方法,使其在新的規(guī)劃利用下能得到很好的保護和再利用,最大限度的保存其價值,使歷史工業(yè)建筑文脈傳承下來的同時,能給人們留下一些值得保留的文化價值。論文從不同的角度對長春機車廠工業(yè)建筑遺存進行了分析和研究,內(nèi)容分為四個部分:第一部分主要論述了文章的研究目的、意義、研究范圍,以及研究背景和國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究。第二部分通過調(diào)查分析了長春現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展的過程及老工業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)策略政策和具體保護再利用案例,從中得到啟發(fā)、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,為長春老工業(yè)建筑遺存的發(fā)展提供一個扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分研究調(diào)查了長春機車廠的歷史發(fā)展沿革、設(shè)計過程,分析其在城市中的定位,通過對比其現(xiàn)狀,評價出其重要的價值意義,為提出較好的保護利用策略提供寶貴的歷史依據(jù)。第四部分則根據(jù)以上分析,研究出適合長春機車廠遺存保護再利用的方式方法,擬作一套保護方案,將建筑遺存融入未來區(qū)域發(fā)展的可能性條件中,最大可能的保護再利用工業(yè)建筑遺存。通過研究,希望可以為未來長春舊工業(yè)改造再利用提供參考,為長春機車廠舊址未來的發(fā)展提供可以參考的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The industrial revolution changed the development and landscape of the whole world and changed the life of people. However, as the society progresses, the new industry has replaced the extensive industry, and the post industrial era is coming. Many industrial buildings have not been well disposed of in the process of the times, leading to some buildings and equipment. Changchun, one of the old industrial bases in the northeast, built a large number of industrial buildings in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, not only for the rapid development of the city, but also for the rejuvenation of the country. As a repair plant for the steam locomotive built in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic, the Changchun locomotive factory was made for rail transportation. The industry has made great contributions. How to protect and utilize the legacy of wealth in the new century is not only a respect for the development of industrial history, but also a help to urban renewal. Under the new requirements of the development of the state and the city, and under the environment of the old industry "returning to the city", how to deal with the construction remains of the Changchun locomotive factory becomes one. Although the legacy of the old industrial building has not reached the specific protection height of the cultural relics, its vigorous development not only represents the development of a historical period, but also represents a generation of people's life, representing the rise and glory of the national locomotive industry, which has a very important value. Therefore, it is very important to protect and reuse the construction remains of Changchun locomotive factory. This paper investigates and collate the development history and design of Changchun locomotive factory, compares and analyses the status of the remains of the locomotive factory, and determines its important value significance. The section, combining with the urban development and the characteristics of the District, discusses its protection mode and reutilization method, so that it can get good protection and reuse under the new planning and utilization, save its value to the maximum, and keep the historical industrial architecture as a cultural value. This paper analyzes and studies the industrial architecture remains of Changchun locomotive factory, which is divided into four parts: the first part mainly discusses the purpose, significance, scope of the study, the research background and the related research at home and abroad. The second part analyses the process of the development of modern industry and the status of the old industry through the investigation. In the third part, the third part studies and investigates the history and evolution of the Changchun locomotive factory, the design process, the analysis of its positioning in the city, and the evaluation of its status by comparing its status. The important value meaning provides a valuable historical basis for the better protection and utilization strategy. The fourth part, according to the above analysis, studies the way and method suitable for the reutilization of the preservation of Changchun locomotive plant, and proposes a set of protection scheme to integrate the remains of the building into the possibility of future regional development, and the greatest possible protection. Through the study of industrial buildings, we hope to provide reference for the reutilization of Changchun old industry in the future, and provide a reference for the future development of Changchun locomotive plant site.
