【摘要】：本文根據(jù)目前環(huán)境藝術設計專業(yè)的市場需求及行業(yè)的變化特征,通過對環(huán)境藝術設計專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀進行深入的了解與分析,針對現(xiàn)狀對環(huán)境藝術設計專業(yè)產(chǎn)學研相結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式進行新探索,提出了新形勢下產(chǎn)學研相結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)新模式,并論述其多元化發(fā)展的模式及如何實施,探究更適合當下行業(yè)發(fā)展形勢需求及市場需要的產(chǎn)學研相結(jié)合新人才培養(yǎng)模式,以期提高學生的就業(yè)競爭力并為長遠的職業(yè)發(fā)展生涯奠定基礎。
[Abstract]:According to the market demand of the environmental art design specialty and the changing characteristics of the industry, this paper makes a deep understanding and analysis of the current situation of the training mode of the environmental art design specialty. In view of the present situation, this paper makes a new exploration on the talent training mode of combining production, learning and research in the field of environmental art design, puts forward a new mode of talent training combining production, learning and research under the new situation, and discusses the mode of its diversified development and how to implement it. In order to improve the students' employment competitiveness and lay a foundation for the long-term career development, this paper explores a new talent training model which is more suitable for the needs of the current industry development situation and the market.
