【摘要】：隨著時代的發(fā)展,商業(yè)步行街作為城市公共空間重要的組成部分,除原有的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能外,必然需要被賦予更多的文化、美學(xué)內(nèi)涵。然而經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展導(dǎo)致了文化追尋的缺失,各種因素的影響使城市的公共空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計缺乏整體性,呈現(xiàn)出混亂的局面。建筑與城市空間環(huán)境之間缺乏關(guān)聯(lián)性,人們在城市活動中缺乏連續(xù)性的行為體驗。能否通過建筑立面連續(xù)性設(shè)計形成建筑本身與圍合環(huán)境之間的呼應(yīng),營造有秩序的美學(xué)場景。來提高城市街道空間環(huán)境的品位和質(zhì)量。成為一個亟待解決的問題。本文提出商業(yè)步行街建筑立面連續(xù)性設(shè)計,是指用建筑立面形態(tài)的關(guān)聯(lián)性、秩序性,營造出層次豐富而明確的整體性建筑空間環(huán)境。在現(xiàn)有城市設(shè)計相關(guān)研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以建筑立面與城市商業(yè)步行街的關(guān)系為出發(fā)點,通過對商業(yè)步行街中建筑立面的形態(tài)和特征、風(fēng)格等表現(xiàn)方式研究,提出連續(xù)性設(shè)計方法,從時間、空間、文化傳承等角度來營造商業(yè)步行街的連續(xù)性。充分考慮建筑立面與建筑以及城市街道環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系,基于城市商業(yè)步行街的建筑立面設(shè)計,建立以建筑立面為起點營造和諧統(tǒng)一具有連續(xù)性秩序的商業(yè)環(huán)境的設(shè)計方法理論。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, commercial pedestrian street as an important part of urban public space, in addition to the original economic functions, it is necessary to be given more cultural and aesthetic connotations. However, the rapid development of economy leads to the lack of cultural pursuit, and the influence of various factors makes the planning and design of urban public space lack integrity and presents a chaotic situation. There is no relationship between architecture and urban space environment, and people lack continuous behavior experience in urban activities. Can the continuous design of the facade form the echo between the building itself and the surrounding environment and create an orderly aesthetic scene. To improve the city street space environment grade and quality. Become an urgent problem. This paper puts forward the continuous design of the building facade of commercial pedestrian street, which refers to the relation and order of the facade form of the building, and creates the overall architectural space environment with rich and definite levels. Based on the existing theories of urban design and the relationship between the building facade and the commercial pedestrian street, this paper studies the forms, features and styles of the facade in the commercial pedestrian street. The continuity design method is put forward to build the continuity of commercial pedestrian street from the angle of time, space and cultural heritage. Fully considering the relationship between building facade, architecture and urban street environment, and building facade design based on urban commercial pedestrian street, To establish the design method theory of building facade as the starting point to create a harmonious and unified commercial environment with continuous order.
