【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的快速推進,具有悠久文脈與地域特色的文物周邊歷史地段面臨衰敗與遺忘的窘境。本論文研究的研究對象位于青海省海東市樂都區(qū)瞿曇鎮(zhèn),目前瞿曇寺歷史地段存在著內外空間離散、結構混亂、歷史建筑保護力度薄弱、建筑質量不達標、交通混亂、基礎設施落后、居民生活環(huán)境較差等諸多現(xiàn)實問題。在此背景下,本文首先以文物周邊歷史地段的保護為切入點,分析歷史地段城市設計對城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的重要影響與意義。其次基于對國內外關于文物周邊歷史地段城市設計理論的梳理,探討了針對性的城市設計策略和方法,并通過對瞿曇寺歷史地段資源潛力分析、價值綜合評價,確定了相應的城市設計目標及功能定位。而后,選取了有借鑒意義的國內外文物周邊歷史地段城市設計的案例,進行剖析、解讀。最后綜合運用城市設計的理論方法分別從空間布局、功能流線組織以及景觀風貌控制幾個方面提出針對瞿曇寺歷史地段城市設計策略,從城市設計的角度為瞿曇寺歷史地段的整體保護規(guī)劃及未來發(fā)展提供依據和借鑒。并在此基礎上將瞿曇寺歷史地段按不同用地功能、性質分為了6個片區(qū),并分別加以研究和設計,以期對類似文物周邊歷史地段的設計研究提供實踐經驗。并達到對歷史場所的尊重,更好的帶動地區(qū)發(fā)展,最終實現(xiàn)瞿曇寺歷史地段對該地區(qū)的推動作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the historical areas around the cultural relics with long cultural background and regional characteristics are facing the dilemma of decay and oblivion. The research object of this paper is located in qu Yin-zhen, Ledu District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province. At present, there are discrete space inside and outside, chaotic structure, weak protection of historical buildings, substandard building quality and traffic chaos in the historical section of Qutan Temple. Poor infrastructure, poor living environment, and many other practical problems. Under this background, this paper firstly analyzes the important influence and significance of urban design on the development of cities and towns by taking the protection of historical sites around cultural relics as the starting point. Secondly, on the basis of combing the theories about the urban design of the historical lots around the cultural relics at home and abroad, this paper probes into the relevant urban design strategies and methods, and through the analysis of the resource potential of Qutan Temple's historical location, its value is evaluated synthetically. The corresponding urban design objectives and functional positioning are determined. Then, the author chooses the case of the historical area around the cultural relics at home and abroad to analyze and interpret. Finally, using the theory and method of urban design synthetically from the space layout, the function streamline organization and the landscape style control several aspects respectively proposed the Qutan temple historical section city design strategy, From the angle of urban design, it provides the basis and reference for the whole protection planning and future development of Qutan Temple. On this basis, the historical section of Qutan Temple is divided into six districts according to its different land use functions, and it is studied and designed separately in order to provide practical experience for the design of historical areas around similar cultural relics. And to achieve respect for historical sites, better drive the development of the region, and finally achieve the Qutan Temple of the historical area of the promotion role.
