鋼箍碳纖維組合節(jié)點竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定承載力試驗研究

【摘要】:竹材作為一種可再生的綠色建筑材料,具有強度高、韌性好、成材周期短、生態(tài)環(huán)保、可降解等優(yōu)點。竹材應(yīng)用于建筑結(jié)構(gòu)在我國具有悠久的歷史,由于竹材存在材質(zhì)不均勻、耐久較差、節(jié)點連接困難等缺陷,影響其廣泛使用,對于竹結(jié)構(gòu)的研究和應(yīng)用也停滯不前。本文以金竹和楠竹兩種不同的竹材作為研究對象,采用試驗研究分析法和有限元分析法,研究分析鋼箍碳纖維組合節(jié)點竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定承載力。拱形結(jié)構(gòu)是承受軸向壓力并由兩端推力維持平衡的曲線結(jié)構(gòu),在全跨荷載作用下剛度和承載力較高,并且其整體穩(wěn)定性較好,廣泛應(yīng)用于大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)。本文對五個鋼箍碳纖維組合節(jié)點的竹拱模型進行穩(wěn)定承載力試驗研究。竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼箍碳纖維組合節(jié)點,具有同軸性且其整體性好、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、可靠性高的新型節(jié)點連接方式,并保證節(jié)點不先于結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生破壞。試驗中竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)在外荷載作用下發(fā)生反對稱失穩(wěn),為了提高竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定承載力,設(shè)計索—拱結(jié)構(gòu)。與純拱結(jié)構(gòu)相比其穩(wěn)定承載力有較大的提高,且由于索的存在有效的控制了拱的變形。對竹材進行抗拉強度、抗壓強度試驗研究,分別得到金竹和楠竹的抗拉強度、抗壓強度、泊松比等強度指標(biāo),為有限元分析提供力學(xué)參數(shù)。對試驗?zāi)P瓦M行非線性有限元分析,并與試驗結(jié)果對比分析,證明了試驗?zāi)P偷暮侠硇院瓦m用性。本文的研究結(jié)果表明,以金竹為材料的竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)和以楠竹為材料的竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定承載力大致相等,均產(chǎn)生較大位移。以金竹為材料的竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)在失穩(wěn)過程中竹管強度不足使結(jié)構(gòu)破壞;而以楠竹為材料的竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)失穩(wěn)后并未產(chǎn)生截面強度破壞,說明楠竹抗劈裂破壞的能力強于金竹。索—拱結(jié)構(gòu)因索的存在有效的控制了拱的變形,與純拱結(jié)構(gòu)相比其穩(wěn)定承載力提高50%。本文的研究證明了鋼箍碳纖維組合節(jié)點作為竹拱結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點的適用性,采用此類節(jié)點的拱結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定的承載力,可以應(yīng)用于旅游景觀等具有一定跨度但承受較小荷載的建筑物和構(gòu)筑物。
[Abstract]:As a kind of renewable green building material, bamboo has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, short maturity period, ecological environmental protection and degradability. The application of bamboo in building structure has a long history in our country. Due to the defects of uneven material, poor durability and difficult connection of joints, bamboo has been widely used, and the research and application of bamboo structure has also stagnated. In this paper, the stability bearing capacity of bamboo arch structure with carbon fiber composite joints of steel hoop is studied by means of experimental analysis and finite element analysis. Arch structure is a curved structure which is subjected to axial pressure and is balanced by thrust at both ends. It has high stiffness and bearing capacity under full span load and has good overall stability. It is widely used in large span space structures. In this paper, the stability bearing capacity of bamboo arch model of five steel hoop carbon fiber composite joints is studied. The bamboo arch structure adopts steel hoop carbon fiber composite joint, which has the characteristics of coaxial, good integrity, simple structure and high reliability, and ensures that the joint does not break before the structure. The anti-symmetric instability occurs in the bamboo arch structure under external load. In order to improve the stability bearing capacity of the bamboo arch structure, the cable-arch structure is designed. Compared with the pure arch structure, the stable bearing capacity of the arch structure is greatly improved, and the deformation of the arch is effectively controlled because of the existence of the cable. The tensile strength and compressive strength of bamboo were studied and the tensile strength, compressive strength and Poisson's ratio of bamboo were obtained, which provided the mechanical parameters for finite element analysis. The nonlinear finite element analysis of the test model is carried out, and compared with the test results, the rationality and applicability of the test model are proved. The results of this paper show that the stable bearing capacity of bamboo arch structure with Jinzhu as material and bamboo arch with bamboo as material is about the same, and large displacement is produced. The bamboo-arch structure with bamboo as material is damaged by insufficient strength of bamboo pipe in the process of instability, but the bamboo-arch structure with bamboo as material does not produce section strength damage after instability, which indicates that bamboo has stronger ability to resist splitting failure than that of Phyllostachys pubescens. Because of the existence of cable, cable-arch structure can effectively control the deformation of arch, and the stable bearing capacity of cable-arch structure is increased by 50% compared with pure arch structure. In this paper, the applicability of steel hoop carbon fiber composite joint as the connection joint of bamboo arch structure is proved, and the arch structure with this kind of joint has certain bearing capacity. It can be applied to buildings and structures with a certain span but bearing smaller loads.
