【摘要】：利用天然彩絲的優(yōu)質(zhì)特性,選擇黃色彩絲的熟絲或生絲與普通桑蠶絲線交織,通過搭配色彩、紋樣圖案、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、交織密度、工藝處理等方面的設(shè)計(jì),開發(fā)并試制了幾款用于裝幀和箱包的高品質(zhì)裝飾面料。結(jié)果認(rèn)為:黃色天然彩絲與深色普通蠶絲交織開發(fā)裝幀用面料,色彩亮麗、光澤舒適、手感柔滑,視覺效果和品質(zhì)效果得以提升;小比例使用天然彩絲生絲開發(fā)箱包用面料,可發(fā)揮絲膠特性,提高面料硬挺度、色彩耐久性以及產(chǎn)品耐用性。
[Abstract]:Using the high quality characteristic of natural color silk, choose the silk of yellow color silk or raw silk to interweave with common silkworm silk line, through collocation color, pattern, organization structure, interweave density, craft processing and so on design, Several high-quality decorative fabrics are developed and manufactured for binding and packing. The results show that: the natural yellow colored silk interweaves with the dark common silk to develop the binding fabric, the color is bright, the luster is comfortable, the hand feeling is smooth, the visual effect and the quality effect are improved, the small proportion uses the natural color silk raw silk to develop the bag and bag fabric, Can play sericin characteristics, improve fabric stiffness, color durability and product durability.
