【摘要】： 隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)餐飲的環(huán)境要求越來(lái)越高,餐飲空間除了滿足用餐的需要,它已成為人們休閑、享受、交往的場(chǎng)所,其精神功能已上升為主要需求,人們要求環(huán)境幽雅舒適,有文化品位,有個(gè)性特色,情調(diào)愜意,使人從中獲得精神享受。 華夏飲食文化具有悠久的歷史,一個(gè)國(guó)家和民族的飲食和飲食風(fēng)尚,反映了該民族的生產(chǎn)水平、文化素養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)造才能,中國(guó)被世人稱為“烹調(diào)王國(guó)”,中國(guó)的烹調(diào)技藝和飲食美學(xué)豐富了世界文化寶庫(kù),是人類文明的瑰寶。人們到中式餐廳用餐,不僅要品嘗中式菜肴的色、香、味,還要讓人們體驗(yàn)到純正的中國(guó)文化氛圍,體味到華夏飲食文化的精髓,領(lǐng)略到中華文化的博大。如何使餐飲空間體現(xiàn)純正的中國(guó)文化氛圍,作為一名設(shè)計(jì)餐飲空間的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師,應(yīng)該對(duì)中國(guó)的餐飲文化有一定的了解,對(duì)中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)文化有一定的了解,對(duì)中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)裝飾元素有一定的了解。從空間藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的角度講,在充分掌握餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的基本特征和基本原則的基礎(chǔ)上,充分了解中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)裝飾元素的內(nèi)涵,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代的造型觀念和表現(xiàn)形式對(duì)傳統(tǒng)圖形元素進(jìn)行組構(gòu)和變象,取其神韻形成特定的中式主題空間氛圍的餐飲空間形式。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people have higher and higher demands on the environment of catering. Besides meeting the needs of dining, the dining space has become a place where people can relax, enjoy and interact, and its spiritual function has become the main demand. People ask for elegant and comfortable environment, cultural taste, personality characteristics, pleasant atmosphere, so that people get spiritual enjoyment. Chinese food culture has a long history, a country and a nation's diet and diet fashion, reflecting the national production level, cultural literacy and creative talent, China is known as the "cooking kingdom," Chinese cooking techniques and food aesthetics have enriched the treasure house of world culture and are the treasures of human civilization. When people eat in Chinese restaurants, they should not only taste the color, fragrance and taste of Chinese dishes, but also let people experience the pure atmosphere of Chinese culture, appreciate the essence of Chinese food culture, and appreciate the breadth of Chinese culture. How to make the dining space reflect the pure Chinese cultural atmosphere, as an interior designer who designs the dining space, should have a certain understanding of the Chinese dining culture and the Chinese traditional culture. To Chinese traditional decorative elements have a certain understanding. From the angle of space art design, on the basis of fully mastering the basic characteristics and basic principles of dining space design, we fully understand the connotation of Chinese traditional decorative elements. The traditional graphic elements were constructed and changed by using the modern modeling concept and expression form, and the dining space form of the special Chinese theme space atmosphere was formed by its charm.
